While not so clear when a Judge does it and what the remedy would be. Judges and Bureaucrats need to be held personally accountable for governmental overreach.

That’s easily the reason I saw Trump pardoning Arpaio, so he could go spend time with his wife and family. As for the rest, the left is evil. They are only going to up their crusade to make slaves of anyone who might disagree with them.

Really, proceeding against such an old defendant was a mistake. He didn’t beat anyone down, and WTF gives a judge the power to deny him a jury trial, anyway. Locking an 85-year-old LEO in the clink with hardened felons is immoral.
