Now that looks like a fun neighborhood
what is the date of this shot and where are these guys located ?
My aspirational neighborhood.
It is not a good idea to try to take on a Texas homeowner during a hurricane situation. Those who have a CHL are carrying,
Most of those who do not have a CHL are carrying cause they don’t give a damn what the law says.
I have heard that too.
Shouldn't that be an alleged intruder was allegedly shot dead by an alleged home resident? Or should we stick in "alleged" a few more times?
“”There is a county in the Atlanta, Georgia area that one is REQUIRED to own a gun.””
Kennesaw, GA - Cobb county. I remember when the news covered that story years ago and then a town in IL (I believe) followed suit soon after. I don’t know if that Kennesaw, GA law has been repealed..wouldn’t doubt it.

I would suspect the perp was Katrina residue. Had 200 in our city but they all left for Houston when Work Force Development sent a bus out to bring them in for employment searches .... ran like scalded dogs!!!!!!!
Probation for other crimes probably committed permanently revoked.
I didn’t know they had .50 cal revolvers.
Alleged????
How about “Intruder allegedly shot by resident” ? Or better yet “Intruder allegedly shot by intended victim”.
You see what they’re doing? They are setting up the intruder as a victim, but in their eyes the alleged shooter is definitely guilty.
Morton Grove, IL had passed a law that basically outlawed firearms ownership, and Kennesaw passed their law requiring each household have one in response. There were plenty of “outs” so you didn’t really *have* to have one, so it was mostly symbolic. That said, the crime rate went down and stayed down.
And further, I’m pretty sure it’s still the law there.
Our bottles are empty but not our guns.
That would imply they had been drinking heavily.
Shot one just a few weeks ago.
Oh Yeah.....She barks!
I don’t see why “alleged” is even in the article. Doesn’t a chalk outline of the body pretty much put it in the fact column?
BTW, what is that at the upper left corner of the sign -- a .454 Casull?
Hi Lydia,
Me too!
Southerners are our warrior class. Texans especially! Too bad the love doesn’t universally extend to the south from up here in New England! Sad.
