CNN has reported that the paperwork is in, but Trump has not made a final decision yet. (Yeah, I know. It’s CNN). Check the video of Trump at the link. It sure sounds like trump is going to pardon him.

Speaking of outrage, do you know why Arpaio was only charged with a misdemeanor, punishable by 6 months in jail? It was quite deliberate.
Under federal law, a defendant is not untitled to a jury trial if the penalty is 6 months in jail, or less. If the penalty was any greater, a defendant could ask for a jury trial.
Arpaio asked for a jury to hear his case. That should be a fundamental right! Arpaio’s request was denied.

Oh, wait. CNN bailed on the speech because they’re widdle feelings were hurt because of thousands of people chanting “CNN Sucks” on live TV - so they might not know. Maybe “CNN - We Cover All The News We Like!” should be their new slogan.
