The man’s as popular in his home state as gonorrhea — if you trust PPP’s polling to be accurate, that is. Remember, they also had Jeff Flake polling in VD range in his own home state of Arizona. It’s unusual for an incumbent from a state dominated by his party to tank quite that badly absent a major scandal. But then, it’s also unusual for a party to tank quite as badly as the GOP has this year.

Apparently, the average Kentucky voter is a bit slow. The rest of us wouldn’t have reelected him.
McTurtle betrayed the Kentuckians that voted for him. He needs to step aside.

No. Federal officeholders cannot be recalled.
It wouldn’t bother me, but I don’t think it would ever happen. Even if somehow he was beaten in the primary, he would make sure the Democrat won.
McConnell won last time because the Democrats nominated Ashley Judd to run against him, and she proved to be totally incompetent.
Normally I would regard that as heartless, but not when the turtle put himself on that post.
Mitch’s friends Corker, Hatch, Heller and Flake all voted for Rubio’s amnesty and MUST be removed in 2018.
