SAN ANTONIO - A San Antonio woman has been arrested and charged with aggravated sexual assault of a child after a 4-year-old came forward and reported the incident. The woman, 18-year-old Esmeralda Marie Medellin, was arrested on Thursday just after 6 p.m. and is currently being held at the Bexar County Magistrates Office. Police say the child, who remains unnamed due to the nature of the crime, stated that Medellin performed sexual acts on him. He also said that she made him perform sexual acts her as well.

Sexual abuse of very young children is unfortunately more common than one would think. They’re easy to impose upon or persuade, for one thing, and often do not have the skills to report abuse. It is likely that the teenaged girl was abused herself as a young child. She could be a family member of the little boy: that’s why I mentioned in my first post that it would have been useful to know the context. If she was a babysitter or daycare worker, there could be other victims.
Your username suggests you’re a woman. Therefore, you were not the target audience for my attack on the fans of female predators of youth.
Local readers would probably appreciate knowing whether these crimes occurred
in a school/daycare context or in a family environment.
**********
Based upon one article I read it was a home environment.

Local media is reporting the police affidavit as saying the nanny was reported
after the young boy told his mother when she returned home that Medellin had
performed sex acts on him, and compelled him to perform acts on her.
A police officer arrived at the house before Madellin left.
While denying the allegations, the officer took DNA swabs from both the
18-year-old and the young boy.

I’d like to know if it happened at a daycare as well-I also didn’t see anything in the article that said the woman is a mojado, either-but I see that some here are making that assumption based on surname and skin tone alone...
I also suspect that she was abused from a very young age.
From what I’ve read on the topic, ‘abused turning into an abuser’ is one of the primary ways this perversion is passed on to the next generation.
“Unfortunately, the perps appearance is the most important factor to a vocal group of Freepers when adults have sex with minors.”
I think you may be confusing sarcasam/comedy with condoning the perps act based on appearance.....red
Thanks for the info. “Teen nanny” might mean there are other employers to check into, or it might mean she was family, or it might have been her first job, given her age.
I assume it was the young woman who denied the allegations, rather than the police officer. Journalism these days!
Thank you for posting that-just the kind of nanny every parent has nightmares about...
I don't think he is.
I noticed that, too. Statistically, it's far more likely that she's Texas-born, and probably her parents were, too.
Yes, people get really messed up, and then they pass it on.
Were that the case, they would cool it when people get serious, particularly ladies on this forum.
The actions of those who remain have escalated to advocacy and many who used to go along with them grew embarrassed and distanced themselves.
I am a woman. But i do not think any body here could justify her behavior. ( I hope I am correct)
I hope you’re correct, too, but I’m not holding my breath. The problem with the “consenting adult” standard for sexual interaction is that “adult” gets defined younger and younger. It’s more obviously an issue for the left, what with “transgender kids” and all, but the “right” has its issues, too.
There’s sick, sicker and sickest. This one is treading between the latter two.
She was his babysitter.
Statistically speaking, it is highly likely she is a Texas native anywhere in W/SW Texas-I’m a W Texas Latina-my ancestors came to that wilderness in the late 1700’s-they had plenty of company on the trip-and neighbors who’d left Mexico and were already living near that newly acquired land-Texas started getting Latino settlers as soon as people got sick of the Spanish government in Mexico...
“We need to construct trebuchets and just line them up on the border.”
At the shore.
Or whether money and cameras were involved.
Some people seem to think there are no people of Spanish heritage in the U.S. other than illegal immigrants.
