In before the Apple pile on. Before you get on your high horses, remember, Bill Gates gave 20 million plus to Hillary.
Pretty much all of tech is drinking the progressive/communists kook-aid.
Not many options.
Siri, find me an Android!
To the Left, no one on THEIR side is a ‘Hate Group’.
Only those on the Right can be a ‘Hate Group’.
Just like “Blacks can’t be racists.”.........................
I never thought I’d say it, but when my MacBook Pro, and iMac (both older models) die, I won’t be buying anymore Apple products. Not that Apple will be bothered by that, since they’re getting their fingers wet in plenty of other enterprises, which is just another reason to pass their computer products by because they’ve moved away from producing what they were at one time, best at.
I tell people to refuse to buy Apple products but they always say "Noooooooo! Their products are just sooooo gooood!"
To which I respond, "The Nazis made good products too, but you need to decide what is important to you in your life."
Lol!
Calculating
Recalculating
Sorry would you like me to try an iPhone?
I hate Microsoft too. The entire Tech industry needs to start getting hit with anti-trust law and anti monopoly law.
Timmy Cook and the Apple board of directors are supposed to be looking out for the interests and “net” return to the shareholders.
If they want to give away their “personal” wealth, fine. But, disposing of assets that belong to the shareholders is another matter.
Shame on Apple.
Antifa bump for later.....
It will be interesting to see whether Rush says anything about this today. He’s a huge Apple fan and this news should bother him a lot.
It’s hard to believe Apple management chose to make this “investment.” It won’t go over well once stories get around as to what the SPLC has been up to these past years, and those stories are now going to reach Apple fans due to this donation.
These azz-hats would be smart to just stay out of politics and do whatever it is they do best. Alienating half of their potential customer base is....well....STUPID.
True Story: This young (conservative) guy working at a tech company in Silicon Valley, that I know, was being lectured by an older person about how horrible McCarthy was and his associated blacklisting.
His response: “Uh, easy to understand...”
“Siri, find me an Android!”
You do realize Android is a Google product, right?
Yeah, except Google is among the biggest government-suckers out there, including communist China.
The latest Apple/Mac/iOS Pings can be found by searching Keyword "ApplePingList" on FreeRepublic's Search.

"The Alabama-based center added to its coffers Wednesday with a $1 million donation from Apple CEO Tim Cook, who also said he would match 2-1 donations to the SPLC as well as a list of other designated groups until Sept. 30, citing the Charlottesville clash."
Note the article states that Tim Cook made the donation, and that "he would" match other donations from Apple Employees. This is through the Apple Employees Political Action Committee (AEPAC), an organization totally separate from Apple Inc.
In other words, the donation being reported as being made by Apple Inc. is just more Main Stream Media FAKE NEWS. What it is, instead of a corporate donation which would require a Board of Director's meeting, which is unlikely to have occurred in such a short time, is a personal, private donation from Tim Cook from his substantial personal funds, which of course, he did earn by being CEO of Apple.
I have seen these donations couched in the terms "donations from Apple CEO Tim Cook" in at least five places today, while in the past several days it was couched as a donation from Apple. Someone quietly corrected the story to make it accurate as to who is actually is making the donations.
