Even the left-wing Mother Jones article in which Bannon was quoted explicitly noted that exactly who and what defines the alt-right is hotly debated in conservative circles. The piece also emphasized that Bannon describes its ideology as nationalist.'
In other words, Bannons alt-right comment indicates he apparently thought it consisted mainly of computer gamers and blue-collar voters who hated the GOP brand associated with George W. Bushs brand of conservatism or Bushism that sought nation-building adventures abroad while allowing crony capitalism to fester in D.C.
And as he explained to the Wall Street Journal in 2016, Bannon explicitly rejected and disavowed ethno-nationalism and white supremacism.
Im an economic nationalist. I am an America first guy. And I have admired nationalist movements throughout the world, have said repeatedly strong nations make great neighbors, he said. Ive also said repeatedly that the ethno-nationalist movement, prominent in Europe, will change over time. Ive never been a supporter of ethno-nationalism.

I can’t imagine “conservative circles” debating what constitutes any reality under an artificial tag pasted on air by delusional leftists.

I loved it when Trump challenged the “reporter” to define alt-right (and she couldn’t). I wish he’d used “ctrl-left” instead of “alt-left”...

I think here the source is what counts, NY times, Harvard, MIT ... I know they will find a way to ignore it ... but those tags carry some weight in some leftist circles.

In the 70s when I took my AP US history in HS, my teacher told us that there was no right and left. Instead ideologies are better described as a circle with the Marxists and fascist at the bottom of the circle and constitutionalists at the top of the circle; essential it is a liberty vs tyranny construct.
Our children have been brainwashed into accepting the false left-right paradigm and the deep state media has been complicit in advancing the indoctrination.
The more you hear from the corrupt deep state media, the more you become convinced that it is the vanguard of the Beast system. The lies by the corrupt globalist media lies are so insidious and traitorous that I believe and pray that it could serve as the impetuous for some to rebel and come to a search for the real Truth and a revival.

I have also found myself wondering about when the original colonists left england and what was going on there in those times. Going to do some research on that. Embrace the day, night is coming.
