A woman “slapped” the back of a police car moments before Australian-born bride-to-be Justine Damond was shot to death by a Minnesota cop, according to a new search warrant.
The warrant, filed by the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension, which is investigating the fatal shooting, doesn’t explicitly say that woman was Damond, Minnesota Public Radio reported.
It says, “Upon police arrival, a female ‘slaps’ the back of the patrol squad … After that, it is unknown to BCA agents what exactly happened, but the female became deceased in the alley.”

Did they EVER investigate the alleged rape that prompted the call? Has a victim or witness ever come forward? With all of the publicity you would they someone would talk....
One of the strange things is that when the transcripts of the police communications were released, right after the victim was shot, one of the cops called for an ambulance and when dispatch asked if there were "suspects at large", the response was "no suspects at large". What about the initial reason for the call?
Unless the cops were the suspects and they killed her for what she witnessed. [wild speculation]
I would like to see the full report. For instance, there should have been powder residue on the inside of the drivers door of the police car IF he shot her from inside the car.
Gee, I had no idea there was such a thing as a spontaneous human gunshot wound.
I believe her memorial is this week and I say keep the story alive. This murderous cop needs to be brought to justice.

Any investigator can figure where a “woman slapped the rear of the Police Car” and “where the Victim was. I doubt the cop shot past his partner’s face and hit Victim in the rear of the car. This is totally made up. Never mentioned until now. Fireworks were mentioned immediately.

Obviously this is being said to provide an excuse for the muzzy who murdered the woman. It will stay out of the news until the trial, when they will remember this and promote it up to the reason why the muzzy killed the woman.
