I have a lot of turmeric I buy at Indian market. I read that you can mix with oil, honey, and some other things, roll into pills, and freeze. Mine didn’t stay too solid. Would it be ok mixed with orange juice I wonder?

I don't see why not. My son thinks it tastes so awful he puts it on peanut butter on a cracker and chomps it down. I don't find that it tastes that bad. If I drank coffee I would probably mix it in that but I don't so therefore just put it in the hot water.

So far I have only done 1/4 teaspoon a day. I understand you can do 1/4 three times a day. Any more than that would upset your stomach.

I do a lot with bulk turmeric which I get from amazon

I love Indian cooking. Also add to Mac/cheese; my YUMMY vegetarian chili, rice garlic/cheese mashed pot, sloppy Joes, rice/lentils/cous cous/bean dishes.

Also every morning I have a pint of water n to it add 1/2 t turmeric n 1 T ACV. IF I feel URI coming I add 1t Colloidal silver
