Thanks for being a busy beaver and posting news n pix! As I’ve not had power for several years I have been on a news hiatus that long. My extended stays at motels n 2 winters at my brothers resulted in no news or even TV. I get my news here n in FB. And it comes from good sources(you all!) and good insights/commentary

Dealing with some heavy issues lately. So a bit more absent than norm. Posting from home with one whole bar - whoopie!

Getting more exercise now that I have more blood. I could hardly go 20 feet w/o stopping, sitting and taking many minutes to be able to go again. Walking new pup Lucy will help my back issues I know. We walk in woods daily at various locations. Some rugged hikes. She loves water I have discovered.

Would like to investigate possibility of getting a few more units of blood. They cut you off if your hemoglobin is 8.0. Mine after 3 units was 8.1. Does anyone know if someone donates n earmarks the blood for you that you can access it despite hemo numbers

I do a lot with bulk turmeric which I get from amazon

I love Indian cooking. Also add to Mac/cheese; my YUMMY vegetarian chili, rice garlic/cheese mashed pot, sloppy Joes, rice/lentils/cous cous/bean dishes.

Also every morning I have a pint of water n to it add 1/2 t turmeric n 1 T ACV. IF I feel URI coming I add 1t Colloidal silver
