Reports are coming in that a state police helicopter patrolling the race riots in Charlottesville has crashed on Old Farm Road, near the Birdwood Golf Course at the University of Virginia in Albemarle County. In a video by The Daily Caller, it was first stated that a helicopter had gone down in Charlottesville. Soon after, the above video surfaced.
The crash was also tweeted about by the Virginia Professional Fire Fighters president, Robert Bragg III.
Videos of VSP aircrafts patrolling the air have been shared since the riots broke out this morning. The latest tragedy comes after video surfaced of a car ramming into a group of counter-protesters at today’s white supremacist rally taking place at the university.

Your facts are incorrect.
Charlottesville did not try to stop the rally. They wanted to relocate it away from the park downtown to another location.
ACLU and a local conservative group both went to federal court to oppose the relocation.
The bigger question should be who let all the counter protesters so close to the location of the rally. I am not sure if that responsibility lies with the City or the VSP (read McAuliffe).
Some of those protestors were clearly locals, but I doubt the BLM protesters were. And I also don’t think they had a permit.
The real kicker is that the media and their leftist troublemaker cohorts could have simply ignored the runup to rally and only a few people in the immediate vicinity would even be aware of it. Then a column inch on page 43 could be all the coverage it needed. And no one would be dead.
MSNBCNN is slipping up; despite obvious efforts to frame the story, they let a few hammer & sickle flags show in their footage. The hoopla about the “torchlight parade” doesn’t explain why these evil white people caused no violence last night; the Reds that showed up today wanted to fight, and they got one.
One witch on MSNBCNN (I honestly don’t differentiate between them) couldn’t understand why the original demonstrators (opposed to the removal of the statues) were even allowed to gather. Of course she never mentioned why they were there, just called them “white supremacists” of something along those lines.
This is still mild in comparison to what BLM and the anarchists do (without consequences).

But it distresses me to see that so many posters here on FR seem to support the concept of “white rights.”

And I can tell you that there are a lot of fine black people in and around Charlottesville. Conservatives should not purposely act to alienate them.
I feel no need to go to their rallies and cause violence just because I view them as treasonous, terrorist scum.

It certainly is suppressing the free speech of others - and that is exactly what they accomplished today.
When white men have been marginalized for decades, I don’t know what else the government expects other than Freikorps-type groups like these that showed up in VA. They didn’t start the problem, but they were certainly prepared for it.
I would never let my children go away to a vacation-type college; I want them to study and learn, not “play high school” for four more years...
They wanted the commies to attack the protesters as usual but this time the protesters were ready for them.

When a tail rotor is lost, due to failure or enemy fire, the body of the helo will swing in the opposite direction of the rotation of the blades. Sometimes quite violently. If the aircraft is pitched when this happens, even worse.
Oten this is the scenario but until the aircraft is examined who know. I haven’t read the rest of the thread yet so manybe there’s more info.
