There was no hack of the Democratic National Committees system on July 5 last yearnot by the Russians, not by anyone else. Hard science now demonstrates it was a leaka download executed locally with a memory key or a similarly portable data-storage device. In short,
it was an inside job by someone with access to the DNCs system. This casts serious doubt on the initial hack, as alleged, that led to the very consequential publication of a large store of documents on WikiLeaks last summer.
Forensic investigations of documents made public two weeks prior to the July 5 leak by the person or entity known as Guccifer 2.0 show that they were fraudulent: Before Guccifer posted them they were adulterated by cutting and pasting them into a blank template that had Russian as its default language.
Guccifer took responsibility on June 15 for an intrusion the DNC reported on June 14 and professed to be a WikiLeaks sourceclaims essential to the official narrative implicating Russia in what was soon cast as an extensive hacking operation. To put the point simply, forensic science now devastates this narrative.

The Nation????..............
At least partially an inside job. There wre a few different streams.
It’s possible that the fate of the Trump Presidency hangs in the balance of this report. If it’s true that this was an inside job, everything changes.
They don’t mention Seth Rich anywhere.......................
My question, too. My first thought was what “alt right “ site did this come from?

I hate it when I double post.
Guccifer 2.0 was someone in Joe Biden’s office.
The Word documents he “leaked” also contained the name of the guy who installed the software in the VPs office (in the metadata).
The purpose of creating Guccifer 2.0 was a deliberate attempt to blame the Russians for the internal leak after they knew about it.
If The Nation is publishing this, then the rest of the MSM is soon to follow........
Something we all knew intuitively.
This is very significant. It disputes the core behind the “Russia did it” narrative. It would prove that this has been a set up all along, to provide cover for what was an inside job by a disgruntled Dem staffer. The trouble is were there to be an investigation here, it would fall under Mueller’s jurisdiction, who seems to have no desire to prove Trump innocent even (or especially ) if Trump is innocent.
It has to be up to the Senate and House committees to run with the ball here. Do they want to prove the Dems are dirty and Trump is innocent?
On another topic, any doubt about Mueller’s desire to nail Trump was removed by the NIGHTTIME service of the search warrant on Manafort’s house. What judge would allow that in a white collar case where the target is cooperating with other investigators and the requesting agency hadn’t first asked for and been refused these documents?
We all know the answer.
Jeff Seesions, why can’t you get to the bottom of the Seth Rich murder? It would seem there’s a lot of easily connectable dots here.
Lean on some people with the full extent of the law, and threats of prosecution until someone sings like a canary.
Gee, what a surprise. Every conservative in the country read this a year ago. Now the liberals are finally having to admit it.
They’ve known all along it was leaked, otherwise why kill Seth Rich???
Did Debbie Wasserman Schultz have Seth Rich KILLED by the AWAN Brother because Set Leaked to WikiLeaks??? Enquiring minds want to know!
Maybe. It seems to me that the house of cards falls once its Russian foundation is removed.
What blows me away is that at least in Podesta’s case, a simple PHISHING attempt is NOT a HACKING job.
Conservatives all over FOX keep calling it a HACK.
The DNC thing is more elusive. The DNC cache is being called a “hack”, but was it?
There is as much opinion out there that it was a give away by an insider, rather than a Russian hack job to pin on Trump, by way of the mythical “collusion” tale.
