Black unemployment STAYED in double digits until March of 2015.
On the other hand, under TRUMP black unemployment has reached as low as 7.1% (June of 2017), which is the LOWEST recorded number for that demographic since 2007.
The number *did* tick up to 7.4% in July, which is still lower than it EVER was under the horrific Hussein.
So the next time you see someone complaining on fake news about “racism”, point this out.
By the way, maybe THESE FACTS are why we don’t hear much from the fake civil rights activists much lately. As soon as they’d begin to complain about the status of minorities, an astute response would be fired back: More blacks are working NOW than under the Kenyan Keynesian!!!
Cut the welfare rolls.
Work is racist!........................
Likely more blacks are working as illegal immigrants are deported or are stopped from sneaking in.
Proving out right, that O” was a lining carpet bag poliDork-ician, that scammed all Blacks for 8 years.
Excellent point.
A report yesterday said there are now more jobs in the US than ever before. The two factors together are working wonders for black Americans. You see it in the reduction of food stamp recipients by one million under Trump.
I’m not an Obama fan but the graph starts sloping down early in the Obama reign and has been dropping at a constant rate up to now.
I love Trump just as much as the next guy but your post is misleading IMO.
Maybe its’ me but you seem to credit Trump with a rate drop from 16 to 7 which is clearly false. Furthermore, as you point out, the rate has actually increased in the latest month which could be nothing or it could be the start of an upward trend - we dont know yet.
A more accurate assessment is the rate has steadily decreased every year since 2010 hitting 8.4 late in 2015. Fortunately, the decline has mostly continued with Trump in office.
Just trying to keep it honest....
I agree.
It bothers me when folks try to make mileage off a chart like this, in the manner used here.
It’s clear progress was being made under Obama. Anyone checking the chart out can see that, and it discredits the person using this ploy.
Although..., there has to be some limit to how many BLM people Soros is going to employ! ( insert rim-shot )
Trump will move employment numbers better than Obama if Congress gives him a chance.
Reminds me of a line from “I’m Gonna Get You, Sucka”:
Kalinga: Yes, we marched on the Federal building. Five hundred of us young brothers, full of outrage.
[sighs]
Kalinga: They were hiring that day. The brothers came with guns; they left with jobs. Oh, yes, whitey is very tricky.
LOL, funny movie.
The Congressional Black Caucus won’t give a damn... they bow to white liberal elites - not to citizens living in the black community.
Ooooooh, Mean Marxine’s head is gonna explode and blow that James Brown wig off all to heck :-O
Also....this is what happens when illegals start leaving. Opens up jobs for blacks and ALL Americans.
We’ve noticed more blacks working construction jobs in Texas and there is a company called CTO (?) that contracts with airports, that seems to be hiring for restaurant, etc jobs.
You don’t understand. Obama (peas be upon him) did a really great job fixing the disastrous Bush economy, but the damage was so great that it took a long time for the improvements to take effect. So, the great economic revival that is taking place now is really Obama’s work, not Trump’s. /liberal logic
The people that work around me hate Trump I doubt this news would change that.
Call me Trumpet!
LOL
Freegards
I always believed that Clinton enjoyed a good economy due to polices set in motion by Reagan.
I do not believe any of the recent good news has anything whatsoever to do with Soetoro, but I’m sure the left will try to make that case.
It wasn’t so long ago that the black unemployment rate was typically lower than the white one. Would love to see that happen again during Trump’s term. Well, as long as it’s black going lower, not white going higher!
