I don’t live in NY, so I have to ask: Aside from the aggressive rats, (and ‘rats), is this a good part of town?

Oh....real rats. I was picturing strollers full of dems.

Is this part of the great cultural treasures that people move to the city for?

Rats in the streets, public urination is okay, homeless everywhere ...and tourism is down due to Trumps travel ban??? Okay.

It’s not as upscale as the Upper East Side but, yes, it is a nice part of town. When we travel to NYC, we usually stay near W. 79th and Broadway.

Dallas area rents are maybe 20% of those in NYC, plus you get more for your money. I’m sure we have rats somewhere, but they don’t jump into baby carriages.

When we travel to NYC, we usually stay near W. 79th and Broadway. I would only stop in NYC to catch a connecting flight to somewhere else.
