**snip***full title: BREAKING: Alex Padilla, Californias Secretary of State just got served, over Voter Rolls.
Californians voted for Hillary Clinton over President Donald Trump by a whopping 4 million votes.
The first step in any legal proceeding is to serve notice of intent to take legal action and give them a chance to fix the problem. That is exactly what Judicial Watch did. On August 4, 2017, Judicial Watch announced it has notified Californias Secretary of State, Alex Padilla of their intent to sue if California doesnt comply with the National Voter Registration Act.

Voter fraud is rampant.
Funny thing is the freshman in high school needs a picture ID to register, but the bar is much lower for a voter....simply walk into the DMV ...bingo...blessed by the state with voter registration and vehicle license.
One stop welfare.

Is this because of all the districts in California that have MORE VOTERS THAN PEOPLE LIVING IN THE DISTRICTS?
AND THOSE IMAGINARY PEOPLE VOTE?
Really, Ask yourself: How do they pull the lever if they don’t exist?

I admire and applaud JD for going after these crooked bastards, but I don’t think they are going to be very successful in uncovering very much.

Trump should outsource the DOJ to Judicial Watch & give them free reign. They are the only ones getting the job done.

Makes me smile.
The voting is so f’ed up here. One time I went to vote in person and was told I already voted and could not cast a ballot.
My dad probably voted posthumously last election, probably for Hillary. My mom too, though she has Alzheimer’s and didn’t go to the polls.

(per BlackElk) In controlled wards in New Haven (in the '70s), they lock the doors 15 minutes early, cross names off the list and pull the lever for the machine candidate for each name crossed off.
The folks in California just took it to the next step and saw no need to do a 1 to 1 on the voter rolls.

I could fill out 100s of absentee votes at my kitchen table and mail them in.

The good news is that those 3 million phony CA Hillary voters don't have guns.
We do - and we're not going to take a reversal of the election lying down.

Well, at least he can then enroll as a freshman then!

Absentee ballot mailed in by someone else?
Someone showing up at a polling place and falsely claiming to be them?
Poll workers pulling the levers on their behalf?
If your question was serious, there are numerous ways to convert fake registrations into real but fraudulent votes.

I went to ER in Northern CA a couple of days ago....only 2 guys in the lounge reading newspapers...security guard half asleep...and only one patient ahead of me (elderly white female),..got to see the Doc in 15 mins and out in 20......at which time a second patient came in also white female.
Usually the ER is packed wall to wall 25/7.....so maybe that deportation thingy having some effect.

The name of one of my kids continues to appear on the local precinct roll of voters, after 20 years of NOT voting in California.
Do you think Joseph E. Holland cares?

Send ICE to all voting booths. Spread the message to the illegals (voting) that they will go to jail for 7 years prior to being deported, as was the case for an illegal woman in TX.

Perhaps, having a hammer and a tent stake would have impressed the county staff.
