For those who believe the scientific consensus that human-caused global warming is real, President Trump has already made many nightmares a reality.
So far “climate change is a hoax invented by the Chinese” isn’t the official policy of the U.S. government, but many worry that in addition to implementing policies that undo America’s progress on global warming, the Trump administration will take steps to prevent others from accessing facts about the problem.
Now the feud between the Trump administration and scientists has escalated again with the leak of an unreleased federal study on climate change to the New York Times. The 545-page Climate Science Special Report was drafted by scientists from 13 government agencies, and is part of the congressionally mandated National Climate Assessment, which is issued every four years. The findings are troubling.
The report finds it “extremely likely” that more than half of the global mean temperature increase since 1951 can be linked to human influence.
The draft has been approved by the National Academy of Sciences, but the 13 government agencies must sign off on the report by Sunday. One government scientist who worked on the report told the Times that he and his colleagues are worried that it will be suppressed.

The Bible says of God, the Creator and Preserver of the universe, “He upholds all things by the word of His power.”(Hebrews 1:3). God is in control of His creation, not men, no matter how many degrees they have.
Extremely likely means nothing....In fact, it’s actually saying it’s just a guess....a guess based on their manipulation.
These people seem to suffering under the allusion that if Trump fails to “suppress it”, that we’ll all believe it.
GW is the Socialists attempt to globalize government, and all of their weird computer “models” and unscientific data will not change many minds.

Sounds like the science ain’t quite settled then, doesn’t it?
Why is it that when an industry group hires scientists to perform studies, those studies are immediately lambasted due to the source of funds coming from an industry.
But are we to believe that government agencies, part of a progressive government trying to get more and more control over every aspect of life, and funded using taxpayer supported money, by scientists are paid through that same government’s “grants,” have no reason to try to keep their jobs by returning results that will please those trying to expand government power?

Again? What "congressionally mandated" research or assessment has ever said anything different? Surprise me with something new. Like, say, the average global temperature of this planet has not changed in the past 20 years and scientists don't know why? Did the Assessment mention the current solar cycle we are entering or anything having to do with the affect of solar radiation on the average global temperature of our planet?
What is there to suppress? There is no story here. It's the same wasted ink, paper and money as usual. Hell, it's simply a advertisement for financial slavery.
Yesterday in Houston I was driving with the windows down. I could feel a cool breeze passing through and shortly later encountered winds and rains. It rained much of the day.
Looked at weather.com and wunderground.com and other sites.
They swore it was 84 degrees and that it “feels like 97”. There’s no way in hell that it felt like 97 at 9am yesterday, especially with that breeze in the low 70s or high 60s passing through.
the measured high for yesterday I see online as 86 degrees.
People “act” as if it’s never been this high before and the media is complicit in that lie. Yesterday was actually very mild temperatures.
Elsewhere I’ve seen people in California in the Valley talking about the heat (106 degrees shown on a car’s thermometer). I looked up historic highs for that city and it was that hot in the 30s and 50s. I didn’t see any records for that month that were set in the 21st century.
Oh it’s soooo hot. They need a new talking point and a better memory or search algorithm.

Linked how? They throw around the claim that Global warming is linked to “human activity” and it has become completely meaningless. Of course it’s linked, just as it’s linked to the moon, oceans and birds. Do they attach a percentage of the degree increases to specific power plants, the passing of gas? I’ll bottom line this. Nature will have to learn to adapt to humans because humanity is reality. Of course to those who believe we wonder why the creator would make all of his creations utterly incompatible...He has not.
Well, that is 13 Federal agencies that are no longer needed.
In other news, the scientists whose livelihood depends on Climate Change, and whom are mostly marxist leftist, agree that Climate Change is real. Shocker.

Not that is IS just that it can be...yeah with enough dissembling and flat out dishonesty, you can link anything to global “warming” or whatever lie they are calling it at the moment...
Guess I am just old school: science is carefully planned experiments that can be replicated in order to have a chance at validity. Now they just compare various studies based on flawed models and insist its “science” and its all TRVTH writ large you stupid peon deniers.
