Immigration Minister Ahmed Hussen was warned in March that the flow of migrants entering Canada illegally risked turning into a larger problem — months before this week's surge of border crossings began, documents obtained by CBC News show.

7 years is permanent, not temporary.
Their time sense might be different than ours. What do they fail to understand about the length of summer and the inevitability of Canadian winter? They'll freeze their nuts (or t*ts) off--everyone does--but they're not used to that sort of brutal cold and have never seen it.
