Maybe I'm looking too hard for symbolism -- but I feel like this drowning, blind eagle could represent America, with DJT and his administration serving as these fishermen plucking it to safety. Cool story anyway :)

It would symbolize America if the fishermen were then promptly arrested by the Dept. of the Interior for illegally handling an endangered species.
