Mueller is begging to be fired.
That will allow Ryan (Romney) and McConnell (Bush) to announce, “with a heavy heart”, that Trump has to go.
Ryan needs 25 Republican Members to vote to indict. I don’t believe he has them.
McConnell needs 19 GOP senators to remove Trump from office, and I’m sure he’s got them in his pocket.
The only way out of the Mueller - Bush - Romney trap is to let things run their course. It’s kind of brilliant, in a way. Trump’s weakness is that he can’t sit still and take it, which is exactly what he has to do right now.
