The new racism: Skin color has become the most important factor in the college-application process.

There are many reasons that conservatives rallied so strongly around Jeff Sessions in his recent conflict with President Trump. Last night, we gained another reason to be glad that he runs the Department of Justice.

NRO rightly applauds pursuit of Constitutional Admissions processes.

However, there’s rarely any criticism of Sessions’ FAILURE to pursue the crimes of the Deep State.

Because NRO is one of the media organs of the Deep State.

Wrong he’ll be fine with this in fact though he won’t say publicly it was probably his idea.

Nick, come on. Seriously. That’s all moot because he appointed Gorsuch.

“Oh yeah, and just in case you think I’m making that up.....”

Never , would I even let that thought enter my head. I’ve got my own horror stories, here’s just one of many....from decades ago.

Listen, I would testify under oath, truthfully, that back in my Airline days of the ‘70’s at DTW Airport, working in the GM Air Freight Office. Yeah,
these full grown women were in the Mezzine of the Office most days...........Jumping Rope and singing songs etc., ...so, one day I ask the GM Traffic manager..”What’s with these Girls playing Jump Rope up in the Mezz? How come hey never work? Well, — The TM turns to me....and says: ‘They Can’t READ! But we have to support our quota!” AHhaa,... SO...! Now I SEE!

Check the comments at WaPo Actually, we still need affirmative action for African Americans in college admissions.

100% of the comments when I checked (only 62 comments at the time) were that affirmative action is racism straight up.

So what? Unless you think we should oppose the Justice Department’s turn toward enforcing the law regarding Federally-funded universities because of a gripe against “National Review,” what’s your point?

Yeah, but it will all be for naught if the Swamp takes Trump out at the kneecaps with the Mueller investigation.

So....priorities, Jeff.

You’re right of course. No recusal no Mueller simple as that.

Oh lucky you. You found some words to twist to bash Trump.

Nice try but Trump did not comment on affirmative action. Trump only said he didn't like what he read that Scalia said.

Maybe you could post exactly, in quotes, what Scalia said that Trump didn't like.

I'm sorry, but there are bigger fish to fry than this.

Why is Sessions dealing with this issue, when he should be focusing on:

An improvement.

Sorry, but he shouldn’t have recused himself on the Russia thing.

Nah, I won’t shuttup about it.

Yes. This is good.

But the recusal is bad.

And the failure to prosecute Hillary is bad.

So how’s he doing? Well, I guess it depends on what’s important to you. Ending the hideous affirmative action is very important.

It is called ‘compelling state interest’, which is the bumper-sticker nostrum the scotus uses to amend our Constitution and impose social justice.

Jeff Sessions still leads the way among conservative cabinet members. It must have chapped the butts of the Democrats to demand Trump keep him. LOL, I love it!

The point is simple:

NRO and the DOJ would rather you get fired up over cultural issues than the Deep State crimes.

And it works, as you can testify.

You presented a false dichotomy.

I hate dealing with uppity black women government workers who clearly have a disdain for white males.

I could give you some horror stories about my recent experiences with black female government employees, half hanging out of their clothes and giving me the runaround mixed in with attitude.

And I'd be lying through my teeth if I did. The few times I've have had to deal with blacks in government jobs, they were professionally dressed, pleasant, and handled my affairs efficiently.

I've also found that when I hear a black woman at the other end of the phone, things get done.

Did they get their jobs because they were black? Probably. Do I like that? No.

They didn't like the reverse either.

Thanks be to God I've done OK in spite of it.

I expect to get flamed for this, but dealing with blacks in government has been the least of my problems.

I subscribe to Reagan’s view...

Why does it seem that minorities at first say they only want equality and then want preferential treatment?
