A former U.S. Justice Department official has become the latest lawyer to join special counsel Robert Mueller’s team investigating Russia’s interference in the 2016 presidential election, a spokesman for the team confirmed.
Greg Andres started on Tuesday, becoming the 16th lawyer on the team, said Josh Stueve, a spokesman for the special counsel. Most recently a white-collar criminal defense lawyer with New York law firm Davis Polk & Wardwell, Andres, 50, served at the Justice Department from 2010 to 2012.

There are many questions I would ask Sessions if I could. For example, why did he hire or recommend or agree to Rosenstein as his deputy? Why didn't Sessions advise the president to ask for the resignations all Obama holdovers, including Comey? The question of his possible recusal came up during Sessions' confirmation hearing, so he knew then that he had an issue, but he took the job anyway, blindsiding Trump and setting the whole chain of events in motion. That is the opposite of heroic behavior.

As many have said, what is the Crime they are investigating? A simple and direct question from We the People. The answer is there is no crime. Mueller et al are just a symptom and sign of the cancer of corruption that has pervaded the beltway and produced a coup. The events since the election have proven this.

As to Mueller. . . I'll keep posting this until he's gone: Mueller has to recuse himself because of:

Recuse: to remove (oneself) from participation to avoid a conflict of interest. So, does Mueller have a conflict of interest? Why hasn't Mueller resigned yet? Mueller is straight out breaking two laws just by accepting the position of special prosecutor.

Duh! Of course I know what it means to flip someone. The definition of the term has nothing to do with what I posted to you. The whole Trump-Russia-collusion pseudo investigation is a screaming travesty. It’s a thinly disguised non-shooting coup attempt. The entire “swampthing” establishment wants to either completely tie Trump’s hands, at best, and remove him from office at worst. Anyone who cannot or will not see the truth of this is only helping the coup to succeed. Maybe that’s what you want, maybe not, but you sure give that impression.

Also, are the FBI and Sessions finally going to investigate and prosecute Obama, Power, Sebelius, Hillary, Lynch, Comey, Podesta, Mills, Rice, Rhodes, Abedin, Jarrett, Clapper, Debbie Wasserman Schultz, Brennan and a whole host of seditious dem operatives? Sixteen laws violated by Hillary Clinton? The illegal goings on of the Clinton Foundation? Clinton Global Initiative? IRS Scandal? Fast and Furious? Obama Spy Scandal? Obama unmasking scandal? Thanks for the tip. Did a little reading and it is not clear that Sater was ever an employee of Trump. Obviously he knew him. He was an employee of Bayrock when deals were being worked on a decaade or so ago. For New Yorkers this is old news. Seems to me if there was anything bad going on the feds would have caught it back then(2007).
Sater is a murkey character. Has been a CI under Lynch, been a CIA asset, etc. Jody Kriss lawyer claims he was allowed to go on criminal rampages.
He claims that Trump knew he was an informant.
Some docs of his have been recently been unsealed but I haven’t looked at them.
Sater was clearly doing business with Trump. The question they will be looking at is whether it is just a licensing of the name...or much more influence than that..such as looking at the debacle in Azerbaijan
They have a right to look at it. I don’t know whether they will find anything. I really really doubt Manafort is clean. Just look at the texts of his daughter. He would be a wonderful “get” if they could flip him. Of course, the characters he has associated are so bad..he might not flip to stay alive. And keep his family alive.

The whole premise and focus of Mueller’s phony investigation is the Trump campaign’s supposed collusion with Russia to somehow “hack” the election in Trump’s favor. That is a 100% lie cooked up by the Clinton machine, the Left and their willing accomplices in the Republican Party. If Muller is investigating anything else then he is far, far afield from the purported reason he was hired. So are you, with your talk of money laundering, flipping, etc. That’s why I say you either don’t get it or willfully prefer to close your eyes to the truth. Either way, I’m done trying to explain it to you. You come across as someone who wants to see Trump brought down, so you continue to spread venom against him. I want no part of that.
