Full title.....................BREAKING NEWS: President Trump pressured Fox News to release fake story about death of DNC staffer Seth Rich and Wikileaks to divert attention from Russia, claims explosive lawsuit....................President Donald Trump is being accused of knowingly and actively trying to spread false news about the murder of DNC employee Seth Rich in a new lawsuit.
Rod Wheeler filed a complaint on Tuesday in the Southern District of New York against Fox News, Malia Zimmerman and Ed Butowsky claiming that they worked together to create a false narrative surrounding the death of Rich.
Also contributing to the creation of that fake news story was President Trump according to court documents, which claim that the Commander-in-Chief wanted the story to include multiple fake quotes which were attributed to Wheeler.
Wheeler is a former Washington DC homicide detective who investigated Rich;'s murder and frequently appeared as a guest on Fox News to discuss the case.
The filing also includes a text message from Butowsky, a Texas wealth manager and Trump supporter, to Wheeler, in which he discusses the President's eagerness to see the story published.
'Not to add any more pressure but the president just read the article. He wants the article out immediately. It's now all up to you. But don't feel the pressure,' Butowsky texted Wheeler according to the filing.

...what fresh hell?
KYPD
Yeah, right... because Faux News and its talking minions have all been overwhelmingly pro-Trump from the beginning. /s
Prove that it’s false.
Prove it in court.
:D
And....what is the alleged crime, the cause of action? Impinging upon the media’s fake news monopoly?
Anyone can claim anything in a lawsuit.
The headline says that Trump actually did what the lawsuit claims.
The headline is deliberately and intentionally a lie.
Adding the words: “claims explosive lawsuit..................” does not constitute telling the truth, since the lie has already been stated in the headline.
Wow. So before Trump came down the escalator in Trump tower, he was hitting up Putin for their plan they hatched to have him be President. And to distract the public as they found out the secret Trump Russian Plot, they killed off a young D.C. Dem iT staffer.... uh huh...
This Rod Wheeler dude is quite the bomb thrower. So far his mouth has been way, way ahead of provable facts.
Wheeler is in CYA and attention seeking mode. He was the one who got the ball rolling on the recent Seth Rich stuff.
They don't even try to hide their biases and agenda.
Unfortunately, I'm guessing the LIV's haven't figured that out.
Discovery, discovery, discovery....(well done, DJT)
The Daily Mail already lost a big lawsuit to Melania Trump and had to pay her damage$, look for POTUS to sue them again.
Roger Stone, JR tweeted that Awan was drinking with Seth Rich the night he died.

Interesting!
>> Why do they think it is fake? <<
Anything that puts Pres. Trump in a questionable light is fake. Get over it.
Headline is fake since it claims a conclusion not in evidence.
The headline should read: Rod Wheeler files lawsuit against Fox News claiming false news story.
Seems he didn’t sue Trump.
yes.... explosive
Trump ‘pressured’ a news reporter to do a story.
No one has ever done that before.
fake stories about fake stories?
No, he committed suicide by shooting himself multiple times, then hid the weapon.
