Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) revealed that he spoke with President Donald Trump on Monday and told the president that he can take executive action to allow organizations to offer more affordable group health insurance plans. Rand Paul, one of the Senate’s leading conservatives, told reporters that Trump will consider taking executive action to address the many problems with the healthcare system after Sen. John McCain tanked an Obamacare repeal bill last week.
The Kentucky senator’s proposed changes would allow groups such as AARP, which represents retirees, to form associations to allow individuals and small businesses to form larger groups to negotiate with health insurance companies for lower premiums and deductibles.

not of the EO targets Congress... if the courts know what is good for them...
The courts have not exactly had success doing this with POTUS. Most of the travel ban was upheld by SCOTUS. I mean, what are you talking about one issue; the travel ban?

Can I be cynical when that Hawaiian judge overturned Trump’s EO on immigration? The liberal courts are just sitting back waiting to overturn just about everything Trump does. Cynical? Really?
I agree...AARP is a Dem organization.
It’s one issue out of all the EO he’s signed and SCOTUS overrides the Hawaiian court and they ruled to restore 90% of the travel ban the rest to be decided later,correct?

That would be a BIG mistake.
The waiver powers were extraordinary in that it could essentially amend the law in any way the executive wishes.
The only problem with this is that without a statute, a future executive could just easily undue all of this.

I’m still saying that those liberal court judges will overrule Trump when they see that their ideals are being overturned by Trump. Just saying.
I think the Chamber of Commerce should be allowed to offer it.

If you need excellent H/C policies, work with AMAC. They are the conservative answer to AARP and they do an excellent job of putting you into good H/C companies at very competitive rates/
MAKE Congress follow ALL the LAWS they pass for us!! Put them ALL on Obamacare....Staff and Federal Unions ALSO!
True - but the article say "organizations like AARP" which indicates that the more conservative AARP "replacement" AMAC and some others that have sprung up for conservatives/Christians should be able to engage too.
