Ned Ryun: Democrat-Aligned ‘Disinformation Firm’ Fusion GPS Took Money from Senior Russian Officials
breitbart ^ | JOHN HAYWARD

Posted on 07/29/2017 5:24:04 AM PDT by davikkm

American Majority Founder and Chief Executive Officer Ned Ryun followed the latest twists and turns in the story of Fusion GPS on Friday’s Breitbart News Daily with SiriusXM host Raheem Kassam. Ryun said Thursday was a day of “massive” developments in the case, which is moving in a direction very different from what Democrats obsessed with alleged collusion between Russia and the Trump 2016 campaign expected. He spotlighted Hermitage Capital CEO Bill Browder, who has been “very involved” with the Magnitsky Act sanctions.

“Fusion GPS was used against him and was used to lobby against the Act,” said Ryun. “The reason that Senate Judiciary wanted him to come in front of them and testify was to talk about some of Fusion GPS’s behavior.”

“There was some pretty staggering stuff that came out yesterday, Raheem. One was, Lindsey Graham asked him under oath, ‘Do you think that there were Russians involved in funding Fusion’s work?’ His response under oath was, in the spring and summer of 2016, they were receiving money indirectly from senior Russian government officials,” Ryun reported.

Kassam restated that Fusion GPS, a “Democrat-aligned group,” has now “admitted to receiving money from the Russians.”

Ha...and McCainiac started all this by sending his staffer to UK to pick up that fake dossier on Trump.

Poetic justice. Schadenfreude overload.

What I don’t get is why would the Russians need help in writing a dossier? I’m thinking they have people who can piece together a pretty good dossier themselves.

Wheels inside wheels. The Deep State, until now well submerged in the Swamp, has been partially exposed, and like a rotting corpse of some unidentified creature, is emitting noxious fumes and exhibits a terribly repulsive appearance.

But like brave explorers and engineers, men must keep charging in. This terrain has to be mapped out and restored to some kind of decent appearance. With luck, the new arrivals will not be stricken with strange and as yet unnamed fevers, but shall possess enough natural immunity to complete the task of restoring the fields to a state of fertility and transforming that fertility into good and useful sources of wealth.

It might be added, this is pretty much an endless task, but one that must be pursued with any waver of purpose or dedication.

Synopsis: the dems were colluding with the Russians

I've been pushing this point here for roughly two months. Now, finally, Trump and Co is bringing it to the public's attention.

White House goes on offense, slams DNC, Clintons for ‘collusion’

FoxNews.com ^ | July 12, 2017 | Brooke Singman

The White House has been grappling all week with revelations of a meeting the president’s eldest son held last year with Russian attorney Natalia Veselnitskaya, who was said to have dirt on Hillary Clinton as part of a Russian government effort to help the Trump campaign.

But Deputy White House Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders used Wednesday’s off-camera briefing to highlight DNC and Clinton ties to foreign governments including Russia and Ukraine.

“If we’re looking at Russia relationships with anybody, it would be directly with the Clintons,” she said, citing examples of a speech former President Bill Clinton gave in Russia for which he reportedly earned over $500,000 and reports of then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton selling what Sanders described as “a third of the world’s uranium,” to Russia.

Democrats intentionally used disinformation from Russia to attack Trump, campaign aides

By Rowan Scarborough
The Washington Times
July 11, 2017

While the mainstream news media hunts for evidence of Trump-Russia collusion, the public record shows that Democrats have willfully used Moscow disinformation to influence the presidential election against Donald Trump and attack his administration.

The disinformation came in the form of a Russian-fed dossier written by former British intelligence agent Christopher Steele. It contains a series of unverified criminal charges against Mr. Trump’s campaign aides, such as coordinating Moscow’s hacking of Democratic Party computers.

Some Democrats have widely circulated the discredited information. Mr. Steele was paid by the Democrat-funded opposition research firm Fusion GPS with money from a Hillary Clinton backer. Fusion GPS distributed the dossier among Democrats and journalists. The information fell into the hands of the FBI, which used it in part to investigate Mr. Trump’s campaign aides.

Mr. Steele makes clear that his unproven charges came almost exclusively from sources linked to the Kremlin and Russian President Vladimir Putin. He identified his sources as “a senior Russian Foreign Ministry figure,” a former “top level Russian intelligence officer active inside the Kremlin,” a “senior Kremlin official” and a “senior Russian government official.”

The same Democrats who have condemned Russia’s election interference via plying fake news and hacking email servers have quoted freely from the Steele anti-Trump memos derived from creatures of the Kremlin.

In other words, there is public evidence of significant, indirect collusion between Democrats and Russian disinformation, a Trump supporter said. ...”

Who was the "staffer" sent to pick up the dossier?

Excellent question. And it needs an answer.

Browder stated that the Russians funded the now famous Trump Dossier. That is a game-changing allegation. But is it TRUE? If it is we need to push that narrative very, very hard. If not, we lay off.

So I’m in the hunt for anything I can find that will either validate Browder’s claim that the Russians paid for the Dossier or proves the claim to be false.

As to your point: Why would The quite capable Russians/KGB/Putin need any help at all in putting together a fictional Trump Dossier?

My answer, for what it’s worth: Possibly to give themselves cover and to disassociate themselves from anti-Trump attack. Just a guess. But hoping for better and more difinitive inputs.

From Breitbart:

[Ned] Ryun continued. “And he responded and said, ‘I am convinced that there are, in fact.’ He said, ‘There is one journalist that I am almost 100 percent convinced was receiving money because he was acting so far outside the bounds of journalistic ethics.’”

“The fact that these guys have gone in and found a weak spot in the media, and manipulated it, either through pushing fake stories to the twenty- and thirty-somethings who are overwhelmed, needing information, feeding them fake stuff – or, in fact, have been potentially paying journalists to push their stories, and then people are reading this, going, ‘Well, this must be fact; it’s in this newspaper.’ You know what? Manufactured news, fake news, is real. I think that was one of the very interesting parts of the testimony yesterday,” said Ryun. [emphasis added]

If there is a Freeper MUST READ thread and article for today it is this one.

Browder’s testimony yesterday that the Russians paid for the Trump Dossier is a potential game changer. If true it ties the Russians to the Dems in the Russia-Trump, Russia-Trump nonsense that now has its very own Special Council: Robert Mueller.

We really need to either validate the Browder testimony if it’s TRUE or dismiss it if it’s FALSE.

Get going Freepers. Solve this puzzle.
