Yup. He can win this. There’s a new generation of conservatives that aren’t offended with some crass lyrics if the message resonates. The pendulum swings. This new generation realize that being called some ***ism or ***phobic isn’t going to shutdown free speech.

Actually, I'm an old conservative who can ignore the swearing, enjoy the attitude and message and still not want to vote for this guy. Too many very public negatives that give opponents ammunition. .

Today's conservatives are a complex bunch, one cookie cutter does not fit all.

I recall a quote from Kid Rock, years ago, in which he advocated shutting down all churches and converting them to strip clubs. I do not know the context of the quote. He is interesting, but I’d rather have Ted Nugent, a man with a history on the side of gun rights, than Kid Rock.

Surely we can find some solid, electable constitutionists in the great state of MI??

Yep, this is the problem with embracing pop stars (sports, entertainment etc) for political office. Mind you, a lot of these “respectable” political figures did many of the same things before they got the haircuts and suits.

I’m skeptical of him. But unlike the first one, this is a credible poll from a very good firm. It also shows him with a gigantic lead in the primary, other candidates have no name recognition.

Debbie Stabuintheback (I really like her last name) is a known politician & she is really terrible.

BTW, I have this seat going to pubbies since Stabuintheback is a terrible senator and she is one of the most left leaning liberal democrats!
