Graham is missing from the list.
Yeah, don't forget about Linda.
Except that the original Three Stooges were funny and relatively harmless.
Three jackasses. Not worthy to be considered an American.
Three jackasses. Not worthy to be considered an American.
I knew you’d come up with something good !
thanks
Do the constituents of these three support them as they work so diligently against the American people and the President??
Doug,
You know me. You know I hate Ocare and everything about it.
And you know I said a year ago that we would NOT be able to repeal it precisely because of the Senate. It’s NOT just these three, and you know it.
There are a good dozen GOPe senators who, if need be, would also have blocked the repeal. It’s just the safe ones who were allowed to do so.
Ask it this way: if there were a conviction vote on Trump’s impeachment, who could you count on to vote no? I can come up with about 25 solids, another 10 really iffy ones.
The point is, they were never, ever going to repeal this-—not with the people we have in now.
In the 2016 election I warned all my fellow Rs in AZ NOT to vote for McCain, to vote for Ward. They were almost all of the same mind, “Well, I know McCain.” Yeah. Now every one of them regrets it and said I was right-—but too late, as we know.
The only hope now is for great, great pain. Ocare must collapse, and it will unfortunately hurt a LOT of innocent Americans. But think of Prohibition. It’s repeal took over 10 years and came with a LOT of crime, murder, mayhem. Finally Americans had enough.
Don’t think we can ever get a Constitutional Amendment to repeal Ocare, so if its own collapse doesn’t do it, we’re stuck . . . as I said a year ago. I really hate being right on this one.
Yep! “Larry, Curly and Moe”, a perfect portrait of the three stooges.
but if it wasn’t McCain, it would have been Graham or someone else. All they needed was 3, so that’s all that had to vote against it. It’s all just theater.
Good analysis, Larry. But I will slightly disagree on an impeachment trial. 65 million Americans are not going to let that happen. It really would be Civil War II without the uniforms.
Always said Palin should have run for the Alaska senate.
John Boner's words, also! The only way we're going to get out of this, is with pitchforks and torches! (Metaphors)
You may be right. I know MANY of those who didn’t vote for Trump now would not take lightly to anyone trying to remove him, if only for the economy.
Clinton survived because people’s 401-Ks were growing.
The hero gave himself up as the sacrificial lamb. There were 7 or 8 others besides the “two” who would have taken the hero’s place. It’s a slimy world out there.
