Why Did Minneapolis Police Search Justine Damond's Home After They Killed Her?
Daily Caller ^ | July 26, 2017 | Jim Treacher

Posted on 07/27/2017 8:57:03 AM PDT by Zakeet

KSTP, Minneapolis/St. Paul: Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension investigators were granted permission to search Justine Damond’s home hours after she was shot and killed by a Minneapolis police officer, according to court records ...

"I don’t understand why they’re looking for bodily fluids inside her home," said Joseph Daly, an emeritus professor at Mitchell Hamline School of Law, referring to one of two recently-released search warrant applications.

"Whose bodily fluids are they looking for? Is she a suspect? I don't understand why they're looking for controlled substances inside her home. I don’t understand why they’re looking for writings inside her home. The warrant does not explain that to me."

A cynical mind might assume that the police, having just killed an unarmed, pajama-clad woman right outside her home after she called 911 to report a possible rape, were searching her house to find something they could use to claim it was justified. Presumably they didn't find anything, or we would've heard about it by now.

If the victim slapped the police car it might have been, ironically, so the cops would be aware of her presence and not startled by it.

"Better question is where did the police get the probable cause to search?"

The excerpted passage said, "...investigators were granted permission..."

Fishing expedition, shoot the messenger, accuse the accuser, planting evidence, anything that they can come up with to deflect blame from a corrupt leftist police force and city government.

The thin blue line is actually a thick blue wall, at least to the politicized police chiefs licking the boots of the mayors and city council hacks. This isn’t so much as exonerating this guy, as the police chief and the mayor pulling their asses out of the fire.

It’s situations like these that ruin the image and reputation of the majority of law enforcement officers.

This guy should have never been allowed to join a police department. This is a prime example of how political correctness and affirmative action kills.

Call me crazy, but this smells like a planned hit to me:

I posted these questions on an earlier thread:

Why was the bicyclist afraid to come forward?

Where is the person who was heard yelling for help as if she was being raped? Where is the supposed rapist?

Why was the victim’s house searched?

Who would have wanted her dead?

Are there any unusual or unique people in her life?

Why was the shooter’s gun in his lap?

I can’t recall whether or not she lived in her house alone or with her fiancé. Was she usually home alone at that time of day?

The purpose of an investigation is to gather information. To do that you have to look where information might be. The purpose is not to confirm what you already think, it’s to find out what you don’t know.

Meaning, you don’t need to believe there was evidence of something in her apartment in order to search it. You need to look just in case something turns up, even if it might be unexpected.

People are constantly reading too much into everything.

I can answer those questions for you Professor. The goal at this point is to find someway, anyway to connect enough dots to somehow make this shooting a justifiable one. The Government can not allow this shooting t go down another way to protect the diversity hiring and training of these Somali officers!

"...Why was the bicyclist afraid to come forward?..."

That person has permanently disappeared into the wind.
His or her lifespan could be measured with a stopwatch if identity became known.
If they were smart they would sit tight a few months and then quietly move at least a few hours travel away.

Looking for any possible reason to slander the victim and excuse the execution.

Hmmm... just a wild nonsensical allegation... what if Noor assaulted her earlier and thought she was trying to blab...

Gee! So, any search warrant can be issued for 'information gathering' and not a probable cause. Well, I guess you're right.

Fact is, that search warrant reads like a laundry list of hopefuls. Whatever happened to specific items to be searched for and seized from a probable cause.

Well, we can add to the long list of reasons to be shot: police decide to go down an alley with their lights darkened; a person approaching a darkened police car; a person who calls the police if they took a sleeping pill or a drink; a person speaking to a rookie cop and an affirmative action hire cop.

Oh, whatever.... whenever they feel like it.

They have to paint her as the perp in order to defend their affirmative action diversity checkbox Somali Muslim cop. Frankly I’m surprised the guy is still breathing.

I read somewhere that her boyfriend manages (?) a casino.

Wondering about the types of people and possible complications this could bring into their lives.

“Being a Muslim means never having to say you’re sorry.”

There is no justice and no rule of law in the new Mogadishu.

They searched her home? Ok. The minneapolis authorities are f*cking c*cksuckers. Willing to do this to “find” a reason why they can say that Justine deserved to be killed.

Maybe they would find that she said “towelhead” in 1982, and that would justify the muzzy killing her. May an elephant $hit on city hall in minneapolis. May the mayor dig her/itself out of a pile of stinking manure.

I was not aware that simply touching a police car was grounds for instant death. Duly noted.

Also, since when do cops responding to women calling for help in sexual assault cases proceed with an immediate assumption that the woman herself is a lethal threat?

Well, maybe that's a cultural (Muslim) thing.

This entire incident reeks, and it's not just a matter of a green or poorly-trained cop. Nope, not buying that bullshit.
