As discussed on Rush’s show yesterday. There is likely no battle with sessions.
A clever ploy on everyone’s part.

Right. Some of us suggested as far back as last week that this whole thing had the makings of a staged WWE fight. LOL.

Scaramucci is in a self induced train wreck that started last night. Now quoting joe paterno about honor.

You cant frame RP as a leaker. Stupid plot last night. Just fire RP. He does probably leak...its DC.

I didn't vote for a president. I voted for a wrecking ball aimed at the hopes and dreams of every leftist in the USA.

The problem with Kurt's assessment is that he takes the President too literally. As Rush and others have said, President Trump's schtick with Sessions may be deceptive theater. Kurt also suggests, as others have, that President Trump can not chew gum and walk at the same time. Who says he can not twitter and get the job done? Me thinks he is doing just fine, so let's let Trump be Trump.

Good take...so then he needlessly engages the trannies which brings into full battle mode the gays, lesbos, LGBTQXYZ’s, for what? Distraction?

Then Scaramucci’s entire financial records are :lkeaked” in the face of his vow to slay the leakers.

And Debbie Blabbermouth Schultz’s brother it turns out is the US Attorney in charge of the Jeff Rich murder coverup and the US House Pakistani IT hackers case being covered up by his sister.

One reason I voted for Trump is that I knew it would be a heck of a lot more fun than listening to harangues from the dour stumbler for 4 long years. In contrast our time with Trump has flown by.

In the big picture the voters can't and won't stop voting for politicians who only say yes to socialism, yes to spending enough to destroy the dollar, and yes to their deep state swamp-masters. Levin is absolutely right when he says there is a binary choice between Americanism (freedom, capitalism, etc) and progressivism (where the state runs the economy). There is nothing in between except a very small transition period. Levin is a teacher and an optimist but I believe Americans are brainwashed beyond hope.

So far I have learned to Trust Trumps instincts instead of listening to pundits who were so wrong over the last 2 years. Carry on President.

I have been puzzled about this since it started. It's quite possibly a put on by Trump, but I honestly don't know.

Another possibility (other than it's a distraction show by Trump and Sessions), is Trump needed to put a fire under Sessions, and did so. It's fairly certain he can't terminate Sessions as AG without riling the RINO senate, and the dems are determined to make sure he can't make a recess appointment.

Which would leave him with a de facto Rosenstein AG. It's called the horns of a dilemma.

So he does what he needs to in the best way he can. Light a fire under an employee who he can't get rid of. Make Sessions know he isn't doing what he should be doing, and keep doing so until he changes, or quits on his own. Strange enough, that seems to have worked a little bit in the past days. The AG is changing course in some ways.

One thing for sure, Trump is neither stupid, nor as half cocked in his responses as the media portrays. He's pretty dang good. Not that he can't make mistakes, but so far he's simply out fought his opposition and tied them in more knots than they can handle.

We'll eventually know what this is about, but it's certainly entertaining if nothing else.....

If this was just a Twitter rant I'd be the first to admit that he could have just impulsively vented without putting a lot of thought into it. We all remember how the term "covfefe" became a hilarious cult fixture among Trump's supporters (and even grudgingly among many of his detractors, I'm sure).

This wasn't the case at all.

1. This all started with a lengthy interview ...

2. ... with the New York Times, of all media outlets! ...

3. ... which is a newspaper that has been working incessantly to undermine President Trump ever since he was nominated last year ...

4. ... and which President Trump repeatedly refers to as "the Failing @NYTimes" in his Twitter posts (including several times since the interview was published).

The whole thing sounds contrived from top to bottom to me. LOL.

I agree.

It's at least....

Unusual.

Very Trumpian (is that a word?).

Scaramucci's financial records are public information, from what I've read this morning.

So much for that "leak."

Which explains why he deleted the Twitter post where he said he was reporting the matter to the FBI. LOL.

The civil forfeiture stuff is stupid and his focus on pot-puffing stoners is almost as boring as the pot-puffing stoners themselves. He hasn’t picked the low-hanging fruit of Democrat duplicity

I think the civil forfeiture and Democrat duplicity are inexorably linked. Think Clinton Foundation.

And Sessions is your friend – you can’t diss a friend

It is my impression that President Trump did not go to Washington to "make friends", nor did the voters send him there for that, but to shake things up! When your "friends" take a top level position and produce NOTHING in six months, you have to build a fire under them one way or another, otherwise it is the status quo and we've had more than enough of that.

I hope he’s holding a proverbial knife to Session’s throat.

Trump should never have appointed anyone from our irredeemably corrupt and depraved political class.

Yes, even Elmer Fudd Sessions is irredeemably corrupt and depraved, underneath that marshmallow exterior.
