I really don’t think the Left does this much strategizing about the far future and the result of their actions on society and politics. They are creatures of slogans and herd mentality. Do they think they will somehow be exempt from Sharia if Islam takes over the West?
Should that happen, Islamists will be at the zenith of their power and pride. They are not going to accept Jews, homosexuals, or other infidels as equals. And all the trappings of our culture, so loved by progressives, such as art, statuary, music, etc. will be destroyed. Not to mention our perceived rights to act as individuals in our speech, lifestyles and beliefs.
