Members of BJP and their ilk, have accused missionaries of ‘forced’ conversions. You comment that “BJP picks on Christians only because they do not like the missionaries constantly trying to convert Hindu’s into Christians.” Under your constitution, Articles 25-28 cover freedom of religion, whether they like it or not. Are the missionaries physically forcing people to convert ‘or else’? That is something I have never ever experienced. Members of BJP and their ilk, have accused missionaries of ‘forced’ conversions. The Indian church was founded by one of Jesus’ disciples, Thomas. Until, and unless Indians toss out the BJP and radical Hinduism, I am for anything that stops a potential pogrom. The BJP is slightly milder than many muhamedans, AT THE PRESENT TIME, but, like all evil, it grows worse with time.
I will begin to worry when BJP starts beheading non-believers. Until then it is a vast majority Hindu country and in a democracy, the people can elect whoever they want. I attended a Christian school (Rosary High School)through high school, and from first hand knowledge I can tell you we got along great with the nuns and fathers who were our teachers. We Hindu kids respected and loved them and none of them tried to convert us, to their credit. It was the best middle & high school in town.
