It’s been a fairly longstanding rule not to murder.

The shooting was unjustifiable. I have to travel in an area where car jacking hand random attacks have happened. I am NOT given a pass to shoot blindly when ever I feel like it. If I did, it would be a murder charge, not manslaughter.
