I've been wondering the same thing. Doesn't The President have the authority to tell his "beleaguered" AG to go after Crooked Hillary & her gang?
Stop asking why & just do it. Stop talking about the crimes & start investigating & prosecuting.
Investigations are supposed to be conducted in secret. If news of an investigation of Crooked Hillary was reported, that would indicate somebody in Trump’s FBI broke protocol, if not the law.
I’d add that this secrecy protocol does not attach to Congress. Congress can investigate allegations on its own. And it that regard, Trump has a good question. If Congress is all fired concerned about contat with Russia, why is that concern limited to Trump? Congress should be at least as concerned about the same accusation vs. Clinton. Maybe more concerned, becuse Clinton was projected to win, and the Russians had more at stake to influence her.
Prayers up, Dolly.
Ha! So true. Good morning.
Get well, Dolly. And thanks for all you do.
It’s not that easy what with the ongoing coup. If POTUS orders AG to go after Hillary for crimes or Obama Admin for leaking, the media will scream that he’s trying to distract from Russia or that he’s persecuting his 2016 opponent, whatever.
They’ve boxed POTUS in.
Thinking of you Dolly. Get well.
[Hope you got some rain on Sundaywe in IL didbuckets!!]
Unfortunately SOUTHERN ILLINOIS is experiencing a severe drought with hardly any rain since spring.
Praying for a good outcome for you.
So far the media hasn't stopped screaming about everything the President has done or not done. They will never stop. Might as well give them a legitimate reason to scream. If nothing else, it might change the narrative from Russia, Russia, Russia, to Crooked Hillary.
The Clinton Crime Family's crimes have been well documented by many people & are well known. Time to take them down.
Its not very drought-like in Way Way WAY Southern IL, where we live. :)
Actually, the drought is in South Central Illinois, south of Effingham. The area experienced floods in the spring and only an inch or so since then.
Man that stinks! I only had to start watering the whole garden on Saturday.
Looking at the drought map, it looks like this water deficit starts just a few counties up from us.
Statement by Jared Kushner now set for 115pm/ET. Highly unusual for arrangements like this to be made for a WH staffer. https://t.co/U74SZF8K9K— Mark Knoller (@markknoller) July 24, 2017

*SECRETARY OF VETERANS AFFAIRS DAVID SHULKIN: VA HEALTH CARE WILL NOT BE PRIVATIZED ON OUR WATCH*
*”President Trump is dedicated to maintaining a strong VA, and we will not allow VA to be privatized on our watch. What we do want is a VA system that is even stronger and better than it is today. To achieve that goal, VA needs a strong and robust community care program.”*
*Veterans Affairs secretary: VA health care will not be privatized on our watch*
By David Shulkin
*Subject:* *Pool report #1*
The pool was unexpectedly summoned to the East Room at 11:35 to view the president posing for a picture with White House interns whose tenure here is ending Aug. 11. He called them a good group of talented people who did a great job. He seemed to be enjoying himself and was in good spirits.
The interns were standing in five tiered rows of about 25 in each row. The president was in the middle of the interns, standing in the third tier. Two questions shouted by the pool drew giggles and laughter from the interns and no answers from the president. Asked should Jeff Sessions resign, he did not answer but told the interns, Theyre not supposed to do that. At the second question of whether he had any message on health care, he responded, Be quiet, triggering more laughter as the pool was ushered out.
