Hey, we wouldn't want to consider husbands and wives spend more time with each other and are together for many more years than with anyone else. Murder by unknown strangers is way down at the bottom of the list.
Every time these studies are re-examined by conservative think tanks they discover that leaving wives and husbands out of the equation changes the statistic no more than leaving out or including any other family members who live in the home.
Including husbands is part of an agenda driven war on men, and part of a war on marriage.
It's boyfriends, casual sexual partners, and exes who kill, not husbands and wives.
And my favorite, did you know that 40% of ALL sick days occur on Mondays or Fridays?
Yeah, and they say the perps are “husbands, boyfriends and exes” but they don’t break that out to show how much is marital and how much is nonmarital.
Not that married (spousal) abuse in insignificant or doesn’t exist, but I’d bet dollars to donuts that the live-ins and fly-by-nights are a lot more dangerous percentage-wise than honest married men.
Statistically, IIRC marriage tends to be protective of both spouses’ health and longevity overall...
