On the one hand, Africans should be able to choose how many children they have. But they ought to pay for it themselves. The way things are going now, the exploding African population is driving mass emigration to Europe. That’s not fair.

Religious objections aside, it does make sense to have only as many children as can be fed, housed and clothed adequately, especially in places with limited resources. That does not justify aborting the excess, though; that’s still killing.
