Recently TruthRevolt reported on feminist Jody Allard's Washington Post article in which she admitted she was afraid of her own sons. Her piece, called, "My teen boys are blind to rape culture," humiliated her sons... who aren't actually sexists or rapists. Later, Allard wrote about their reaction:
He doesn't understand why I lumped him and his brother together in my essay. He sees himself as the "good" one, the one who is sensitive and thoughtful, and who listens instead of reacts. He doesn't understand that even quiet misogyny is misogyny, and that not all sexists sound like Twitter trolls. He is angry at me now, although he won't admit that either, and his anger led him to conservative websites and YouTube channels; places where he can surround himself with righteous indignation against feminists, and tell himself it's ungrateful women like me who are the problem.
I guess a broken clock is right twice a day: she is the problem! But, she still doesn't see it:
I love my sons, and I love some individual men. It pains me to say that I don't feel emotionally safe with them, and perhaps never have with a man, but it needs to be said because far too often we are afraid to say it. This is not a reflection of something broken or damaged in me; it is a reflection of the systems we build and our boys absorb.
“Too bad Shapiro is such an intellectual zero.”
Spare us.
The saddest part of this story is that her husband is long gone and no mention of him during any discussion. Chances are, her "rape" issues stem from her poor experiences with her husband. She clearly has some sort of sexual/mental problems that she is transferring to her poor kids.
A clear example of how psychological issues can cascade down through generations.
Cats might be the only ones that can tolerate her.
In other words, blame everyone else.
"...As a single mother(Being a single mother isn't ALWAYS the issue, but what kind of single mother CAN be the issue), I sometimes wonder (you "sometimes wonder? Sometimes?)whether the real problem is that my sons have no role models for the type of men I hope they become (Gee...if you think all men are rapists except extremely feminized, pear-shaped, liberal 'men', what chance is that going to give those boys in life?). But when I look around at the men I know(I do think we see part of the problem here), Im not sure a male partner would fill that hole(Umm...perhaps a different phrasing might be best here.). Where are these men (any REAL men are likely avoiding you like the plague)..."
I feel genuine sympathy for those boys. A pox on this woman, and every human being that thinks the way she does, which is nearly ALL leftists.
No, I wanted Cruz, but in the end, voted for Trump. I am ecstatic to have been wrong here; just his effect on the media is enough to ensure he has my support in 2020.
Watch Shapiro’s videos and judge for yourself.
She’s an exemplar of the fact that aside from being widowed, single motherhood is more often than not the result of poor decision making and low character. Either she chose to procreate with a loser or drove a good man away.
Yes, she has severe psychological issues and is passing all that along to her sons. They should get into counseling as soon as they can. Hopefully they can be helped to reverse the damage that she has done and is doing. What an abusive parent this woman is. I am going to keep her boys in my prayers.
I had three brothers, and I am appalled at the thought process behind this woman’s behavior and treatment of her sons.
My mother and father raised us boys to respect women, and to treat them as equals in our relationships. They taught us by example, and they taught us by making clear to us in words what they expected from us as men, and how important to us it would be for our own futures to make sure we took the lessons to heart.
Granted, my father was not one for these types of verbal lessons, he taught by example, but my mother was very clear.
Those lessons can be difficult (but possible) to teach in a context of a single mother, but when the actions of the mother and absence of a man make learning by example even more difficult, having a feminist, man-hating, verbally abusive moonbat as a mother makes it nearly impossible.
Pray for those boys.
Damn that Savoy Brown was one of my faves in HS
Well, that about encapsulates not only this woman, but the entire political left. In one single sentence, she clarifies her and her ilk for us.
To them, facts and ideas are unimportant and irrelevant.
To people like her (Leftists) FEELINGS are ALL that matter.
“...man-hating, verbally abusive moonbat...”
Abusive, yes, to the point of criminal.
From Wiki:
Shapiro was born in Los Angeles, California.[6] His family is Jewish (and partially from Russia).[7] Skipping two grades (third and ninth), Shapiro went from Walter Reed Middle School[8] to Yeshiva University High School of Los Angeles where he graduated in 2000 at age 16.[9][10]
Shapiro graduated summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from the University of California, Los Angeles, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science in 2004 and graduated cum laude from Harvard Law School in 2007.
While a student at UCLA, "He became the youngest nationally syndicated columnist in the country.
What a moron!
We never do, but sometimes our kids can help us unlimit ourselves from our own parents' foibles...
Would be fun to watch if she now publicly disowns her son.
I can’t imagine what kind of man would boff her
Excellent summary!
That’s an excellent point. Certainly my oldest knocked some of my unquestioned preconceptions off me ... for which I am grateful.
Now that's equality the Femi-Nazis can be proud of!
Were these sons immaculate conceptions or did the vodka play a part?
