MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) Minneapolis Police have released transcripts of two calls that were made prior to the death of Australian woman Justine Damond, moments before she was shot and killed by an officer.
The transcripts show she called twice, first reporting her concern that she heard sex noises and a woman yelling help.
Im not sure if shes having sex or being raped, the transcript says Damond told the operator. I think she just yelled out help, but its difficult the sound has been going on for a while, but I think, I dont think shes enjoying it.

And she was outgoing and involved in helping people. She was worried about the woman who might be being assaulted.
Maybe I’m an idiot but I would have gone outside to see if I could see/hear anything to direct the police better when they got there. I would never expect them to shoot me for coming up to their car when I had called them.
Part of the problem is the police are being ambushed & gunned down because of BLM, that is bound to make them edgy. What would have been fine 10 years ago or in Australia where this woman grew up is no longer safe here & now. This is where Obama and his racial ideology has brought the country.
Exactly!
I don’t think they saw her until she appeared at the window, and Noor may not have been able to tell it was a woman. Most likely she approached the car from behind since that’s where her house was in relation to the car.
“Never approach a cop unless they tell you to. They view you as a threat until proven otherwise, and will shoot first.”
Have you noticed that the police only act like this in places run by Democrats where the police have a reasonable expectation that most people are unarmed?
In places where people, their families, their friends, and their neighbors are armed and capable of shooting at rogue cops the police are far more polite and patient.
Hmmm. Notice that there’s been far fewer complaints of NYPD excessive force in New York City since the public started waging an insurgency against them?
Say what you will, but that’s exactly what the Second Amendment is supposed to is to prevent government and it’s officers from becoming oppressive and murdering people just because they can.
I am 100% sure it was sudden jihad, or akin to it. The piece of filth Somali was already in trouble for other stuff, and his partner was surprised by the shot right in front of him through the window, and also stated that he felt no alarm by the woman talking.
Reports say car had no lights on.
Thanks for posting. :’o(

Something very wrong with the actual shooting sequences as we have been told. What officer pulls a weapon inside a vehicle and then shoots across the seat right in front of the other officer, through the door, no less. Something is really, really wrong with the picture presented.
she was about to marry Don Damond in Hawaii 3 weeks from now she was using his last name already...
Looks like she was running her website and business under an assumed name as well.
You would thing that proper procedure for the Dispatcher would be to tell the call how to act/respond while waiting for the police etc etc
Nope. No way.
Cops are scared. They feel targeted, and very unsure of things. In normal times, always be sure they know where you are if you talking to them. Never approach a parked cop car from behind. Always approach from the front with your hands plainly open, moving and speaking calmly and slowly.
A cops primary goal is to survive the shift, not to help you. Always remember that. In times like this, always remember that they will not be held to the same standard if they shoot you
That statement, in and of itself is a really sad commentary on our police today.
I am not connected to police but in incidents that I have reported, I got the distinct impression that the responding officers are not told much by the dispatcher beyond the type of incident reported. If so, there may be police personnel safety reasons for this. This way, for example, it forces the responding officers not to make any assumptions going into an incident. However, in my experience, officers make assumptions anyway, and they are sometimes incorrect assumptions. I have been initially treated as a potential suspect at least 3 times in this manner, even though I was the reporting civilian.
If the shooting officer’s story is anywhere near true, then imho there is a procedural issue and a training issue.

I’m sorry but the police are sworn to defend and protect the Constitution and not set themselves above it.
Altering my lawful behavior because my life is being threatened by armed and terrified police is not acceptable.
I object to YOU having to fear them...as you do.
And you’re right that they’re not held to the same standard as we are when they wrongfully shoot someone.
Which is why more and more people are getting fed up with the police state and these Orwellian super-citizens who are ‘more equal’ than everyone else.
It isn’t fear, it is risk management.
You don’t go up to a strange dog without being aware of things. You don’t approach a cop without realizing they will shoot you if they feel threatened.
That is life. That is how things are. How I feel about a cop shooting an innocent person doesn’t change that it happened, or what I need to do to limit the risk of it happening to me.
Let me be a little more clear:
If police are going to make themselves into a persistent threat to public safety then We The People need to respond to that threat and not just accept it as ‘how things are’.
This is not Europe. This is not China. This is not Russia.
We will not submit to a police state where we have to cower in fear for our lives not from criminals or a foreign military but from our own police.
No way.
In that I agree. However, that places you at risk when you approach police officers.]
In my CC class, we went through a lot of training in how to deal with police (even if you are just the one who called it in). The teacher, a retired police officer, repeated often that today’s force will shoot you if they feel nervous, threatened, or even inconvenienced. Cops today are not trained the way they used to be.
“The teacher, a retired police officer, repeated often that todays force will shoot you if they feel nervous, threatened, or even inconvenienced.”
Karma is when such cops run into other such cops and then they kill each other.
Which I am sure happens a lot more than we’ll ever know about.
