MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) Minneapolis Police have released transcripts of two calls that were made prior to the death of Australian woman Justine Damond, moments before she was shot and killed by an officer.
The transcripts show she called twice, first reporting her concern that she heard sex noises and a woman yelling help.
Im not sure if shes having sex or being raped, the transcript says Damond told the operator. I think she just yelled out help, but its difficult the sound has been going on for a while, but I think, I dont think shes enjoying it.

When seconds count, the police are only minutes away.
She was already using her fiance’s name, Damon’s.
They were extremely proud of giving him a gun and a badge, made big deal about it.
They’re already changing their story.
They said earlier that the dashcam was on but did not depict the shooting.
Now they are saying no audio exists and I think that’s BS.
The dashcam audio is what we need to hear.
Why would they seize his passport?
He ain’t going anywhere.
He’ll be back on patrol in six months.
I don’t know. In any case, she didn’t commit a crime by going out.
According to the BCAs preliminary investigation, officers Harrity and Noor responded to a 911 call from a woman now identified as Ruszczyk of a possible assault near her residence just after 11:30 p.m. Saturday.
she took her fiancé’s name of Damond
It’s certainly not bad advice. But, remember, she was a foreigner.
Her 2nd 911 call was at 23:35:23, wondering why there were no police on the scene.
Is that why she ventured outside?
Were police already on the scene with there lights off?
And, how long after that 2nd call was she shot?
She was using her fiance’s last name. Not sure which is which.
We have called the cops before and gone out to meet them in the middle of the night. Never once opened fire on us.
The city was so desperate to wedge a Somali into the police force that they gave somebody a badge who wasn’t fit to wear it.
I have read that police officers don’t like people coming to the windows of their cars because they are trapped inside and vulnerable - that’s what just happened to the NYC officer - she was posted in a stationary vehicle and a schizophrenic man shot her through the window.
Maybe Noor was nervous because she came to his partner’s window but he must have already had his gun out as she approached - pulling it out of the holster in a seated position should buy him enough time to assess a threat - unless he was panicked about the time it took. Supposedly he heard a loud noise that startled him, but he could see clearly that neither he nor his partner were injured by the source of the noise.
Police horses and dogs are trained not to panic at noise - surely officers should have at least that much training.
Otherwise, Sudden Jihad it is.
There was a youtube link on a thread yesterday with dashcam audio, but it was AFTER the shooting, talking to dispatcher about sending an ambulance. So they are definitely lying about that.

Something smells here.
I think you’re right about the dash cam.
Why wasn’t his gun holstered?

There was an old saying in Cleveland that if you called the cops it would take them 20 minutes to show up.
If you called about somebody with a gun, it would take them an hour.
One many bad cop shoots.
Reminds me of a crime some years ago where two cops were raping a prostitute and someone stumbles upon it. The cops threaten the person who comes upon the scene with drawn guns and tell him to leave. They continue to brutally rape the woman, but the man reports it anyways and they get caught in act.
The city tries to keep it quiet and the prostitute is threatened by other cops and told to leave town. But she goes to media who believe her and an investigation results which finds these two cops were doing this regularly to a bunch of prostitutes and taking their money and drugs, they were pimping them and doing violent and disgusting things to them whenever they wanted to.
That is what likely happened.
Never approach a cop unless they tell you to. They view you as a threat until proven otherwise, and will shoot first.
How come nobody has asked what happened to the call? All I’ve read so far is Justine called because she thought someone was screaming and asking for help. And, then nothing. What happened to the assault victim??
