MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) Minneapolis Police have released transcripts of two calls that were made prior to the death of Australian woman Justine Damond, moments before she was shot and killed by an officer.
The transcripts show she called twice, first reporting her concern that she heard sex noises and a woman yelling help.
Im not sure if shes having sex or being raped, the transcript says Damond told the operator. I think she just yelled out help, but its difficult the sound has been going on for a while, but I think, I dont think shes enjoying it.

Nice dept. you’ve got there shittyapolis. No caller ID or position locator for 911 calls.
Excellent question
“Investigation” in police ese is a euphemism for give us time to get our story and alibis straight so we can shield the murderer.
inquiring minds want to know when this guy became a citizen.
I think Damond is her boyfriend’s name- they were about to wed so she was using it.
The rookie cop partner may feel compelled to lie for Noor in order to save his job. I hope I'm wrong. No matter if he manages to keep his job, he'll have this hanging over his head the rest of his career. If his fellow cops can't trust him, nobody will want to work with him.
According to the link in post 12, the time of 11:35Pm is given by officer. The lady was already shot. No conversation about shooting on transcript. Officer is asking for a Sgt. Possibly another channel used. This transcript doesn’t give a start time. I do see it is 10 minutes after the second 911 Call.
Oh precious. Nothing like a bunch of jumpy, paranoid, armed, civilian hating trigger happy men roaming around I always say.
“Investigation in police ese is a euphemism for give us time to get our story and alibis straight so we can shield the murderer.”
Minneapolis needs to bring in that “sterling DA,” Abelino Reyna from Whacko, Texas to head up the prosecution. Because he’s got it down pat how to drag out “murder by cop.”
But, no answer.
There is no excuse for shooting an innocent person. None..same as for anyone else.
That’s normal for cops in Chicago,
“No matter if he manages to keep his job, he’ll have this hanging over his head the rest of his career. If his fellow cops can’t trust him, nobody will want to work with him.”
But he’s still alive, which is more than can be said for his poor victim. I just hope if he gets a pass, that there will be some “street justice” meted out to him.
I’m not supporting the cop here.
Everybody is a bad guy to cops these days.
Yep. The fix is already in. Any video/audio about the actual shooting is already destroyed. Cops ‘felt threatened’ by ‘loud noise’. No witnesses. Reasonable doubt. It’s over right now.
Scared him multiple trigger pulls.
I have been wondering about that myself, every time I’ve read about this incident.
Of course it is. Can't have the inevitable whitewash without an investigation.
