Sessions should not have recused himself. However, does his recusal mean that nobody in the DOJ can can investigate / prosecute the Clinton Crime Family? Is it not possible for the Deputy AG or others handle this? It seems ludicrous that the whole DOJ is hamstrung by Session’s recusal.
Rest of DOJ is still towing Obama’s agenda, just last week Obama DOJ tweeted that DOJ should stay strong etc.

Session’s Eussia-only recusal does not affect normal investigation and prosecution. It just means Rosenstein gets the final say instead of Sessions.
Given the President’s statements and tweets have prejudiced prosecution, any investigation and prosecution would have to be completely quiet as long as possible.

From what I understand, the dims are slow walking Trumps appointments who need to get in to start the firing and hiring.
This is the longest time it has taken for conformation of who a president has appointed.

Yes, I understand they are slow walking the appointments, but from what I have read / heard, there are a lot of Obama holdovers that need to be drained from the swamp. It seems it would be better to fire these people & have the position vacant, waiting for approval, rather than have them on the inside undermining everything he does. Couldn’t he do a mass recess appointment of vacant positions if the Dems don’t start approving?

Most delays are due to the Trump Administration itself. Dem delays can be identified case by case and pressure applied. US Attorneys were asked to resign in March. the President sent no replacements to the Senate until the middle of June. Comey fired May 9. Wray name sent to Senate June 26.

He is not getting any better. It takes him about 10-15 min. to walk about 10ft with the help of a walker. I don't think it will be many more months before he is wheelchair bound. He has taken about 20 falls since the first part of May. His neurologist did a Cat-Scan on his brain and no new stroke was seen. I have another doctors appointment for him on Friday with his primary care doctor. I am going to insist they do an MRI to see if he has fractured any bones or has pinched nerves. He is also having a hard time controlling urinating.
Myself, I have broken out over the right side of my chest. First on Friday I thought something I ate got stuck in my esophagus as it hurt like heck almost in the middle of my chest but more to the right side. Then I had aching and throbbing pain down my right arm and then in the right back (I thought could I be having a heart attack. Then that night I started itching like crazy and in the morning saw this breaking out. I am beginning to think it may be Shingles even though I had the shot. Just a lot of stress I have been going through. I see a doctor tomorrow so I will find out for sure.

I think its all a ruse to keep the opposition off balance. Sessions has been busy -— M13, immigration , sanctuary cities. I suspect there are several grand juries being conveugned very quietly.
