After voting numerous times to vote down/repeal obamacare and then putting up something completely different Ryan has successfully screwed us over meeting the mandates of his Deep State roots.
Bottom line for Rand Paul he has no answers and his DNA being as defective as it is will mandate he vote "no".
There is no good HC bill. You are going to have a bad bill or a worse one. Make it as good as you can and move forward. The Dems broke the insurance industry and like Humpty Dumpty there is no fixing it.
