A Wall Street analyst who spoke to Peter Smith the day before he reportedly committed suicide told the Daily Caller News Foundation there were no indications the Chicago businessman and anti-Clinton political investigator was about to take his life.
He may have been a fantastic actor but I certainly didnt leave that phone call saying, oh shit, the guys at the end of his rope, Charles Ortel, a Wall Street investment banker and market analyst, told The Daily Caller News Foundations (TheDCNF) Investigative Group.

Ask Seth Rich.....well, maybe not.
Life insurance policies don’t pay in cases of suicide, so to state that as a motive in a suicide note is bizarre to say the least.
A CASE O cLINTONcide!
Shoot, we ALL play with helium in a plastic bag over our heads..!!!
The investigators death came only 10 days after a Wall Street Journal interview by investigative reporter Shane Harris, who focused on Smiths attempts to locate 33,000 emails deleted by former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton before she surrendered her email server to federal authorities.
The Tribune reported that Smith was asphyxiated. He was found with a bag over his head with a source of helium attached.
I did that ALL THROUGH my business luncheon just today..!!!

Shucks we ALL dress-up in a formal suit to go swimming at the beach, right?
At midnight.
But then die.
Did he commit suicide by shooting himself twice in the back of the head?
Not true. Some policies don't, but other do, if the insured has paid for the policy for some minimum number of years (usually 2-3). Just had this discussion on another thread.
I thought that one hit his head on a rock.............
Shot through the head of an Arkansas intersection after compiling a huge file on Bill.
Old habits die hard.
Interesting, I’d never heard that..... I’d think that gives a perverse incentive for some people to consider suicide, even if they have to plan ahead at least 2-3 yrs. Or it might come up for some ppl unexpectedly after life setbacks etc. (”oh I have this policy, my family will be well taken care of if I off myself now” etc etc).
Isn’t Sava the same doctor who treated Scalise?

“... Life insurance policies dont pay in cases of suicide ...”

The last time I looked at the fine print
there was a 1 year policy exemption
to not pay out in the event of death by suicide.
Other policy fine print may vary.
