Remember when Marvel turned Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand into one of its “Senators of Steel” in honor of her tireless fight against campus sexual assault? Remember when Gillibrand invited as her guest to the State of the Union Address Emma Sulkowicz, the Columbia University student who vowed to carry a mattress around campus (and earn college credit while doing it) until a student she accused of rape was expelled? And the time United States Ambassador to the United Nations Samantha Power lauded Sulkowicz for helping show that “true change is possible”?
We’ve lost track of Mattress Girl, but the man she accused of rape, Paul Nungesser, just settled with the university for an undisclosed amount.

A much happier ending than the sad story of a senior at University of Texas-Arlington who was accused by a homosexual student of raping him. The truth was that the senior had rejected the homosexual’s advances and the rape charge was revenge for that rejection. No one would listen to the accused. He was not allowed a lawyer. He was forbidden from taking the last course he needed for graduation. Driven to despair, he killed himself. His parents are heart broken. The university ought to be sued out of existence and personal suits should be filed against all who participated in this fatal bullying.
Don’t tell me these sick perverts must be believed.
Feminists don’t care how many lives are ruined by false claims in their quest for “social justice”.
Sad. But instead of despair, this guy got angry and got revenge.

That’s fantastic. It’s way past time that victims of these “cry rape” accusers win for a change.
IIRC...Nungesser three-holed her and then, after the fact she had some remorse/bitter because Nungesser wasn’t interested in a relationship with her (I wonder why).
At that point she decided to make a stink about it...
Hope Columbia University took it up the keister in legal settlement. They deserve it.

Girls who get involved in porn seem to have issues. Seems like a red flag of problems.
Columbia treated him badly because of the panic in campus administrations over the Title 19 letter that was sent to them by the Obama Dept. of Ed. It wasnt even a Rule, just a Dear Colleague suggestion.
I understand that Columbia has the deep pockets and that is one reason they were sued, but I hope he also sued the Mattress Girl who started all this after she was dumped by the guy. “Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned,” they say, but she seemed to be the sexual aggressor in their emails. I want him to pursue her and get a judgment that will warn women that they can’t simply accuse a man and get away with “reputation rape”
The good news is that according to Fox tonight the new Secretary of Ed - Betsy DeVos - is taking a long look at Title 9 which was invoked to enable this male bashing and promises to bring standards which are more fair and just - of course the usual suspects, the civil rights and social justice warriors, are as usual outraged....
And this is what the “anything goes” culture produces. Young women who have zero respect for themselves and their bodies, and then when they have been treated poorly, they become vindictive. If you don’t respect yourself enough to allow yourself to get three-holed, you got what you deserved.
Not that Nungesser deserves any sympathy, he should have screened his potential partner more thoroughly. The signs of crazy were all present and obvious for anyone who cared to look. The first sign of crazy was that she attended Columbia.
