A lawyer for Cosmo DiNardo, the man linked to the search for four missing men in Pennsylvania, said Thursday that his client had admitted to killing them and had told authorities where to find the bodies.
The attorney, Paul Lang, said his DiNardo, 20, confessed to "the four murders" and was prepared to plead guilty to four counts of first-degree murder. Prosecutors agreed to take the death penalty off the table, Lang said.

No, a career path that has gone from working in an intensive care psychiatric hospital for adolescents, child advocacy, to family and then criminal law.
Of those, family law is by far the ugliest.
If they are burying the bodies at 12.5 feet deep, all I know is that they are going to dig-up that farm and it’s going to be a very big hole.

Hey, if my name was Cosmo, I’d kill too.
probably myself.
Maybe I’m a bit out of place, but where in hell has this story been on FR this week? I keep hearing it on TV and on radio, but never, until now, have I seen anything come up on FR? Usually I find things here first.
I think the one whose body they found is the accomplice. He helped kill the first three and then li’l Cosmo thought, “Hm, now you’re a witness...”
I hate to say it, but New Hope? That’s a mecca for f a gs right there.
Not that I really believe they have to be homos.
And, I’m not sure this is serial killing, but mass murder.
“And while Cosmo may have aspired to be a Bonafide Serial Killer, he only achieved status of a mass killer”
[Wikipedia] “a serial killer is a person who murders three or more people, in two or more separate events over a period of time, for primarily psychological reasons. There are gaps of time between the killings, which may range from a few hours to many years”
Unless, other bodies show up, I don’t think Cosmo qualifies as a Bonafide Serial Killer.
First, Cosmo is too stupid to develop a methodology.
Second, there appears to be a drug deal in the equation and the dead guy’s car that he tried to sell.
Serial killers do not muddy the waters with drug deals, car thefts, and monetary gain.
However, if serial killing is Cosmo’s family tradition, and there are other victims and it’s intergenerational, Cosmo and his dad will be first ballot inductees into the Serial Killer Hall of Fame.
We named our dog Cosmo.
“We named our dog Cosmo.”
Is his middle name Wayne?
Maybe with a back hoe? The business probably used them.
Seinfeld fans?
Maybe he's Cosmo Kramer's great great grandfather....
Yikes. I think I’d go over that property with ground penetrating radar. Just in case.
Backhoe.
There are a lot of dysfunctional people out there. Although I have no way to prove it, I cannot help but think much of it is a consequence of the culture created since the 1960s.
Some people have inherent mental illness, but others are on the edge of it, and I think some are pushed over the edge by the conditions in which they grow up.
He may have been the "alpha" of his little group. I've seen young men forming up into groups where one more charismatic young man becomes the ringleader.
The "alpha" having money also encourages this sort of groupie behavior. They can mooch off of him so long as he tolerates it.
It is impossible. You cannot make dirt appear "undisturbed" after only a week or two.
The digging was obvious once they found the location of it.
