Yep, I looked it up too (thanks, cementjungle). This is why you should never ask a bachelor questions like that...I was thinking it was gonna be a celebration of yer little nipper growing up to become attracted to same-sex ungulates or cis-normative rubber boots or something.
I too thought it was going to be a gay thing and was much surprised because the gays are not usually the ones shooting up things.
We didn’t do it but all of my kids have done the gender reveal. It’s quite a big deal and can be fun. It’s just a fun way for families to get together and tell everyone the sex of the baby. One son blew up 5 pounds of tanerite with blue powder in it with his 556. Made a huge blue cloud
My thought was that the parents hadn’t told their friends the baby’s sex until after the birth, so this could be like a “come over and see the baby” thing. (However, that would make buying presents other than diapers and wipes difficult.) This is why I thought the 11:30 p.m. hour was strange.
I wonder if the police will have a “race reveal” soon regarding the suspects
Sorry, couldn't help it.
Prayers for the victims.
Just so long as they aren’t Bengals fans.
Must be more to this story. Why would someone shoot up one these gatherings? Drugs?
It seems, in this day and age, few people know the difference anymore between “sex vs gender”, “healthcare vs insurance”, “skin color vs race”, “objectivity vs subjectivity”, or “could care less vs couldn’t care less”.
(I “could care less”, but I try not to.)

Oh, I thought it was some kind of transgender party
You are the kidder, aren't you! :)
It was a girl?
That’s a good point, and I didn’t address it that way and you should have mentioned it.
Even born infants won’t remember this event. What this reveals though, is a parent that is severely screwed up, even contemplating this sort of thing at that time in their child’s existence.
It means this kid will be watched every second for some tell-tale sign that they were born cross-gender.
Can you imagine the Leftist dogma this kid will have to dodge to turn out at all sane.
This can’t turn out well.
Actually two were killed - they are forgetting to count the baby!
Yup
I'm afraid you're looking for reason where it does not dwell.
A BIL of one of my cow-irkers did much the came thing with pink powder.
“Police said Autum Garrett, 22, of Huntington, Indiana, died in the shooting... Denney says none of the eight who were wounded appeared to have life-threatening injuries. He says the children are ages 8, 6 and 2. It happened at 11:30 Saturday night.”

Don’t you keep your little kids up until all hours?
Prayers for them.
