Mayor Bill de Blasio is jetting off to Germany on Thursday to protest President Trump and other world leaders attending the G20 Summit meeting.
The day after a cop was assassinated in The Bronx, de Blasio skipped an afternoon swearing-in ceremony for 524 new NYPD recruits ahead of his flight overseas.

I’m confused: when Trump resists certain aspects of globalization, he is demonized by the left. Now leftists are gathering to protest . . . (drum roll) . . . globalization.
How is “Hamburg Shows Attitude” any different from “Occupy Wall Street” or Black Lives Matter”?
In the long run, it would be most cost-effective for taxpayers to send all the liberal mayors, county executives and governors to Hamburg to protest. Provide them with front row seats and pay ISIS to bring the improvised Claymores in delivery trucks to shred them, killing several birds with one stone.
As always with such a one the needs of the Party come first.
