The Trump White House no habla español. Well, un poquito.
After a succession of administrations that embraced Spanish-language content, President Donald Trump's White House is all but ignoring Spanish speakers even though he has a robust online presence in English.
His administration has yet to offer a Spanish White House website. It has eliminated the position of director of Hispanic media outreach. And its Spanish-language Twitter account is heavy with English text and features sloppy translations.
White House press secretary Sean Spicer said in January that the administration had its 'IT folks working overtime' to roll out a new Spanish language site after WhiteHouse.gov/espanol went dark in the hours after Trump took office.

Unlike the Bushes, Nixon, Eisenhower, even Reagan, Trump is not pandering to the Left. He knows what matters is his BASE.
Trump got Black and Hispanic votes—but he knows they aren’t the kind of Blacks and Hispanics who want to be pandered to.

I’ve also noticed there is no page in Bulgarian, Mongolian, Mandarin Chinese, French, Italian, Polish, Russian, Swahili, Inuit, Latin, Japanese, Burmese, Hottentot, or any of those Bushmen of the Kalahari “click” languages, either.
What makes Spanish so special? Nothing. Sure, there may be a lot of speakers of Spanish in this country, but we do not have an “Official” language, yet the language used by government at all levels is in the USA is in English.
Our Declaration of Independence is written in English. It was debated in English.
Our Constitution is written in English. It was debated in English and sent to the several States for ratification in English.
Our laws are debated and written in English.
Our judicial trials and appeals argued in English. Our verdicts are rendered in English. Our decisions are written in English.
If folks want to live here, they can damn well LEARN ENGLISH.
This is not Babel.
