DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. - A second person was arrested in connection with a child abuse case in which the 5-year-old victim was found weighing just under 25 pounds.
Daytona Beach police said Brian Hall, 29, is married to the victims mother, Naomi Hall, and did nothing to help the neglected child.
Naomi Hall was arrested last week.
Department of Children and Families investigators went to the Halls Daytona Beach home on June 28 where they found the 5-year-old boy lying on the living room floor.

If he married the mother, then, yeah the child is his responsibility.
The most dangerous thing to most children is momma’s boyfriend.

I hope she receives the justice she deserves while out on the streets.
Married or not, you see a staving child, you call the police, CPS or the local mafia boss that can have people leg’s broken.
SCUMBUCKETS come in all shapes, sizes, and colors.
Who are those people? The girl looks like the one who encouraged her boyfriend to commit suicide.
I don’t know where the pictures came from but it is not the suspects.
“Florida is America’s Australia...”
Wrong pictures. Not the suspects.
Isn't that "suicide girl" and her pathetic, dead boyfriend?
Anyhow, here's former crack baby Naomi Hall:
“When asked about the child, Brian Hall told investigators, He is not my responsibility. Im not his father, I come from a rich and white family, a report said.”
Juries are very sympathetic to defendants who say exactly that. /sarcasm
Hey jerkwad. It’s your freaking responsibility as a man to protect any child you see being seriously abused. Obviously you are not man. Simply a spoiled child.
Millstone, neck, sea.
Actually it’s not surprising at all. The Princess probably thinks children are a “punishment”. Kid probably cuts into her beauty parlor and hen party time.
Black people piss and moan about why they are treated differently sometimes. Maybe if they didn’t try to look like aboriginals they’d get some respect.
Thank you for that correction.
Makes much more sense, now.
