Amazing. 81 years old. What’s left to ‘accomplish?’ Just be gone. Unless he wants Pochahantus to appoint his successor. I could see he may put it off a year to let the anti-Trump hysteria die down but it ain’t happenin’. Next June will be an election year. The rats and the msm will make political hay of it.

That would be good but keep in mind one thing. Sometimes the appointments disappoint. O’Conner and Roberts being the two prime examples. Sometimes they don’t do what we would like. Roberts was the biggest disappointment of my lifetime so far.
Ginsburg is a leftist loon. However, I also find Breyer to be the biggest threat to America. He wants U.S. law to be judged by international law. He wants to incorporate European decisions into ours. He is very dangerous.

They will be carried out, the SCOTUS is completely politicized at this point. The radical left will push those two to hang on until they are dead or take back the Senate.
Ginsberg will never leave with Trump in. She would not want him appointing her replacement.
