He’s concerned that the present SCotUS might rule that the replacement is in violation of the Bill of Rights (#X).

Rand Paul for Senate leader. He’s fearless, and will move the ball forward for the American people.
Yurtle has got to go.

They should have elected Matt Bevin, but McConnell fooled the primary voters again.
Graham, McCain, McConnell are the worst, but most of the rest are not much better.
Alexander, Corker, Flake, Gardner, Hatch, Heller, Hoeven, Murkowsky, Rubio, Burr, Tillis, Portman, Thune, Cornyn, Cochran, Isackson, Blunt, Johnson, Gardner, Toomey, Capito, Rounds, Fischer, Collins, Wicker, Sasse are all Cheap Labor Express Republicans. Uniparty.
A whole lot of Cantorizing needs to happen.

If ObamaCare is repealed and isn’t replaced, the GOP will get slaughtered in 2018. The dirty little secret is that most ObamaCare provisions are very popular among Republican voters.

Couldn't agree more - IMHO Rand would make a fine Senate Leader compared to what we have now with the Yurtle.
Never forget this one....

You may be correct but I would argue this not the only reason they will be slaughtered - it is for their lack of leadership and "DO NOTHINGNESS". Also keep in mind the GOP is to blame for everything no matter what they do - that is built into the meme of the culture in 2017 (and for at least a decade now).

Don’t ever make the mistake of assuming that the people you meet here on FreeRepublic are representative of Republican voters as a whole.

Yurtle the Turtle never fails to disappoint. I can’t wait till we have Ted Cruz or Mike Lee leading the Senate.

Repeal Obamacare ? I never accepted it in the first place and am prepared to die on that hill. McConnell is talking nonsense.

It’s long past time McConnell’s leadership position was “repealed and replaced”.
