I think we can forget Contador; anything he can do, Quintana can do better...between Froome and Porte, I’d take Porte; I say he wins it all...

Porte has been in top form throughout June. If he didn’t peak too early, he could definitely be the man. I think he has a good shot last year but stuck to his role as a support player knowing his time was coming.

I’d like to see Porte win. Cavendish probably won’t have a shot at Merckx’s stage record after his earlier injury, but he’s still fun to watch in a sprint.

Contador hasn't done much this year. But then again, neither has Froome. And all the long money is on him.

I wouldn't write off Porte or Qunitana, or Greipl or Kittel or ...

That's what makes the Tour so fun!

And this just in ...

I ride my first Individual Time Trial next week.

I'll be with the Tour guys in spirit ...
